Polyurethane elastomer is a linear block copolymer,the structure of this copolymer is mainly composed of three parts namely polyol,apolyisocyanate,a chain extender and other materials prepared by reacting,by changing the ratio of three parts,the polymer can be prepared that has an adjustable rigid and elastic properties.Because the polyurethane elastomer has excellent mechanical and wear resistance,it was used in industrial production and life more and more widely.By adding a surfactant,the polyurethane elastomer had a certain surface hydrophobic that the polyurethane elastomer had a low surface energy properties and good anti-stick properties.Since the surface of the articles have more or less water,in particular in the coal mine,the surface of the materials to be transported have more moisture,the device using as the chute,conveyors and release board can avoid a lot of material,especially small particulate material easily adhered to the surface of the device.it can increase the transmission efficiency,when materials were removed residual,labor intensity can be reduced and production efficiency was improved.And shock absorption and noise control were improved,the noise pollution of business operation was reduced.The prepolymer was Synthesised with the poly ether polyol(PTMG)and toluene diisocyanate(TDI-100),followed low surface energy and non-polar substances(such as fluorine-containing compounds,silane compounds,graphite,etc.)were dispersed uniformly into the prepolymer(with dispersion mill),then chain extended with MOCA and vulcanization,the anti-adhesive polyether polyurethane elastomer was prepared.This paper discussesed the effects of different non-polar,low surface energy materials and its amounts,the molecular weight of poly ether polyol and the quality of isocyanate groups(-NCO)content on surface properties and the mechanical properties,finding the best process conditions,its structure and characterization were studied.The results indicated that the surface tension of the polyurethane elastomer could be effectively reduced by adding the lower surface into the polyurethane elastomer and the surface hydrophobicity of the polyurethane elastomer was increased,particularly when the fluorine added carbon were added,anti-sticking effect of a surface of the material was good.when the fluorocarbon additive content was 0.6%,-NCO mass content was 6%,poly ether relative molecular mass was 1500,the mechanical properties of polyurethane elastomer prepared was good,and the blocking resistance was good that the contact angle with water was 105.4°,and the amount of graphite was 0.3%,contact angle with water was 104.2°.FTIR spectra analysis showed that the strong absorption peak at 2279cm-1 of the-NCO disappeared indicating that the polyurethane elastomer was prepared by the reaction of prepolymer and MOCA;the thermal analysis of elastomer showed that due to fluorine bond of the fluorocarbon carbon additive itself has a good thermal stability,adding an appropriate amount of fluorocarbon additive the heat resistance of materials appropriate can be improved;dynamic mechanical analysis shows that due to the low polarity fluorocarbon additive,the mutual fluorocarbon chains force is relatively weak with a low coefficient of friction,the inner friction is decreases,it may play the role of lubrication,adding the right amount of fluorocarbon additive can promote mutual movement between the molecular chains then the inter-molecular chain friction can be reduced,anti-stick and shock absorption,noise reduction of polyurethane elastomer material can be reinforced.During our preparation of polyurethane elastomer,since air exist in the basic raw material and in the mixing process the material may be mixed with air,if the pressure and temperature were not enough,or post-treatment is not timely or improperly,a small amount of residual air bubbles which can not be completely eliminated may often appear in some certain locations of these polyurethane elastomers.When preparing polyurethane elastomer,a lot of bubbles would appear inside the elastic body by adding an appropriate amount of water and mechanical stirring,so you can be prepared microcellular polyurethane elastomer.The surface of elastomer modified had good hydrophobic and abrasion resistance and other excellent properties.After adding additives GK-F01 the material had excellent hydrophobic and abrasion resistance performance.basis on this,through the semi-prepolymer method and controlling different densities,the microcellular polyurethane elastomer with different morphologies,appropriate cell distribution and a certain hardness can be obtained,it can use as a cushioning material such as soles.When adding an appropriate amount of the abrasive material,microcellular polyurethane elastomer can be used for preparation of rubbing direction increasing material wearing and servicing life.Prepolymers was synthesized by mixed polyether polyols with toluene diisocyanate as component A,and mixture was mixed by PTMG-1000,PTMG-2000,3,3'-dichloro-4,4'-diamino dianilino methane,1,4-butanediol,water,stannous octoate,fillers(ceria)and other components as component B,the microcellular polyurethane elastomer was synthesized through a kind of semi-prepolymer method mixing A and B uniformly.after high-speed stirring poured into a mold,under 100? oven drying 3-4h,at last placed the abrasive stripping stand to room temperature.The effects of Density of the material,-NCO content of the prepolymer,the molecular weight of the soft segment,different abrasive content,the proportion of BDO and MOCA and foaming agent on physical properties of microcellular polyurethane elastomer were studied.The microstructure structure and the dynamic mechanical properties were analyzed.The results showed that when the material density was 0.9,-NCO content of the prepolymer was 10 and the soft segment molecular weight was 1000,the prepared material had a suitable cell distribution,and meeted the time of industrial operations.when abrasive content was 14%,BDO and MOCA ratio was 3:7 and the amount of blowing agent was 0.6%,mechanical properties of microcellular polyurethane elastomer was better close to industrial sample When the ambient temperature was below 50?,the ability of resistance deformation and impact strength of the material were good,the initial decomposition temperature of material was about 200? and it was a good polishing material.
