Vanadium-titanium magnetite is a kind of important mineral resource,which has high comprehensive utilization value.Cheng Steel is the iron and steel enterprise that it takes vanadium-titanium magnetite as the main raw material.Cheng Steel BF vanadium-titanium magnetite smelting process has made considerable progress,but the actual smelting process in furnace,especially the V-Ti reaction mechanisms and behaviors doesn't fully form system,so the study urgently need to be done.Through theoretical analysis and simulation experiments,the characteristics and influence of V-Ti in each region of the BF are analyzed.Firstly,the study on lumpish in BF shows that: V-Ti mainly exists in the presence of titanium hematite and magnetite.V performances +5 price and Ti is most likely to exist in TiO2 or titanate salt in V-Ti magnetite.V oxide in lumpish of BF is difficult to be reduced and less likely to be a reduction of elemental V.Secondly,the study shows that: Fe,V,and Ti are reduced heavily in the melting and dropping of BF.Partial V and C form a stable VC and lost with the slag.Ti C,Ti N and Ti?C,N?solid solution are generated by the contact reduction of Ti oxide and coke at high temperature,and the solid solution is dispersed in the slag phase,resulting in the slag viscosity.The slag basicity and FeO content are very high,and the slag is thick,and the slag is mixed with a lot of iron metal.When R,TiO2 and FeO content respectively are about 2.18,1.26%,8.3%,the melting droplet characteristic is the best.The higher pre reduction degree of sinter,the better droplet characteristic of furnace burden,and V content in iron is more.Currently,the vanadium-titanium sinter ratio of furnace burden structure in Cheng Steel is 67%,and furnace burden structure is the most reasonable.Finally,the study on the BF hearth area shows that: When R,TiO2 and FeO content respectively are about 1.2,10%,14%,9%,it is the most conducive to the reduction of V.The reasonable temperature of hearth zone is about 1500?,and the fluctuation range should be controlled within 30?.
