Studies On Mixed Formulation Of Chamaejasmine Pesticide

Stellera chamaejasme L.is a perennial toxic herb,which poisons the animals in the pastures severely in China.As a Chinese traditional herbal medicine,it also has found that the extract from root has an excellent insecticidal activity and its active ingredient is chamaejasmine.However,compared with other insecticidal materials such as matrine ?veratrum alkali and nicotine,there are not many productions and formulations based on chamaejasmine.In order to accelerate the development and application of chamaejasmine which has good insecticidal activity,it is essential to enhance the study on its relevant practical application.Therefore,the main work was to research the synergism of the mixed formulations between chamaejasmine with two other botanical extracts gleditsin and sanguinarine in my reasearch,with the premise of testing the insecticidal activity against Sitobion avenae Fabricius.Finally we obtained 3 stable AS formulas between every two among the 3 kinds of extracts,and tested their insecticidal activity in the lab and field.The main results are as follows :(1)Gleditsin showed higher contact activities against Aphis ciricola van der Goot than chamaejasmine,sanguinarine had the worst contact activities against Aphis ciricola van der Goot among the 3 extracts.(2)The 3 mixed formulations between chamaejasmine with gleditsin and sanguinarine had showed an additive action.The c·f of chamaejasmine and gleditsin?chamaejasmine and sanguinarine,gleditsin and sanguinarine are 4.65?-10.64 and 1.24.(3)Developed 2% L AS,2% L·X AS,2% L·Z and1.3% X·Z and finished pesticide products quality standards.(4)The 4 pesticides had an insecticidal and antifeedant activity against Mythimna separata ?Plutella xylostella Linnaeus and Tetranychina harti Ewing.The toxicity of 2% L AS?2% L·X AS?2% L·Z and 1.3% X·Z against Sitobion avenae Fabricius are 273.55 mg/L?245.12 mg/L?189.92 mg/L?180.15 mg/L within 24 h,(5)In the field experiment,the 4 pesticides had high aphicidal activity,the mixed formulations had better effect than the chamaejasmine AS,and the effect decreased slowly as time went on.The effect of the 3 mixed formulations was about 80% within 1 days.and70% within 70%.2% L·Z showed better insecticidal activity in the 3 pesticides.In summary,the 4 pesticides developed in this study showed high aphicidal activity,and had got to the standard of new production register,so they had market potential in practice.
