With excellent optical and electrical properties,graphene has been attracted attention highly in academic field.For special band structure of graphene,there isgood optical transition properties.And by wide band optical absorption characteristics,the visible light to far infrared band can be covered completely by graphene's absorption wavelength.However,the absorbance of graphene is low,which limits the use scope.Therefore,the enhancement of graphene for absorbance in the near infrared band is studied in this paper.And spectral absorption characteristics of the integration of graphene and optical waveguide micro nano structure are discussed,which lays the foundation for the development of graphene spectrum optoelectronic devices.In this paper,the absorption and spectral absorption properties of graphene-optical waveguide hybrids studied with different applied electric field.And graphene is integrated with optical waveguide to increase the optical path of the interaction between graphene and waveguide.Through the applied electric field,the energy band properties of graphene are changed,which changethe Fermi level.As a result,the control of the absorption of light wave is realized in the form of inter band transition of graphene,andcontrol of the absorption of different wavelength light wave is achieved with graphene-optical waveguide hybrids.The main contents of paper are as follows:(1)high quality graphene is prepared by chemical vapor deposition(CVD),and the preparation process of graphene is analyzed with simulation software comsol.(2)The optical properties of graphene and optical fiber are analyzed,and the graphene-fiber hybrids is studied:the graphene-fiber hybrids is prepared,and the experimental platform is set up,to analyze characteristics of light absorption under the action of external electric field.(3)based on the theory that the external electric field can change the spectral absorption properties of graphene,a kind of integrated optical and electrical conversion device is designed to can realize the effect of wide band splitting,which is significant to realize the miniaturization of spectrometer.The results show that the absorption properties of graphene-fiber hybrids are changed with the external electric field,and the spectral absorption characteristics of graphene-optical hybrids is good.Tunability of optical intensity and spectrum of the graphene-optical waveguide hybrids ultimately can be applied to flexible filters.
