In recent years,the safety of water,food and soil has become the focus of attention to human health.Based on the nitrate,heavy metal and microbial indicators in water quality safety standards,study on portable ion concentration detection system based on electrochemical principles was present to design water quality measuring instruments suitable for individuals,factories and hospitals.Based on the principle of electrochemical detection of nitrate concentration,heavy metal ion concentration and microbiological principle,a portable ion concentration detection platform with STM32F405 as the core and a hardware circuit of portable intelligent cup and a Bluetooth communication module circuit based on CC2540 were designed.The embedded platform software,CC2540 Bluetooth communication software and PC-based eigenvalue extraction and denoising algorithm software were designed.Using the ion concentration detection system designed in this paper,the solution concentration function was obtained by extracting the eigenvalue method.A wide range concentration of nitrate solution(1-150ppm)under neutral condition was calculated,and the result was accurate,especially in the range of 1-30 ppm.The concentration of Cu2+ in solution(10-50 ppb)was measured and the relative error was about 12%.At the same time,the ion concentration detection system designed in this paper can realize the function of estimating the existence of Cd2+ and Pb2+ in the solution.The preliminary exploration of microbial concentration experiment was carried out,and the preliminary results of microbiological concentration were obtained.The Bluetooth chip peripheral circuit and the antenna impedance matching circuit are designed.The two-way communication process of the Bluetooth module and the mobile phone were complete.The data and the instruction transmission between the ion concentration detection system and the mobile phone were realized.Experiments showed that when the Bluetooth module designed in this paper is among the range of 6.4 meters,the RSSI value is between-22dBm and-80dBm which means the signal received better.Using the above rapid detection technology of ion concentration,the water quality monitoring intelligent cup prototype was designed as a quick and convenient equipment,which can be used for rapid and convenient measurement of drinking water quality,temperature,etc.
