| In recent years,pollution accidents caused by random dumping of untreated industrial wastewater and pesticides and fertilizers are not uncommon,and water quality disasters such as red tides and green algae often occur.Water pollution has become one of the important problems facing society today.Accurate and comprehensive acquisition of water quality environmental monitoring data,clarification of water quality and environmental quality and change trends,timely tracking of changes in pollution sources and countermeasures,realizing all-round realtime monitoring is a necessary condition for solving this problem.Spectral detection technology has the advantages of non-contact,short cycle,and low cost.Therefore,water quality spectral detection technology has become a research hotspot in recent years.The core equipment of the spectrum detection technology is a spectrometer.The traditional spectrum detection instrument is connected to the PC by a USB cable,and the data is processed by the PC.It has the disadvantages of complicated device connection,low portability,and poor real-time performance,which restricts the spectrometer in the field of water quality detection.application.To this end,this paper uses Bluetooth technology to transmit spectrum data at a high speed,uses Android client to complete real-time processing of spectrum data,and develops a small and portable water quality monitoring system.The system integrates the oil stain recognition and thickness algorithm,realizes the real-time,large-scale monitoring of the oil stain on the surface of the water body,and provides a calculation method for rapid detection of water quality.While acquiring data quickly and accurately,the system volume is reduced,the manufacturing cost is reduced,and the operation steps are simplified.The research content of this paper is as follows:First,write an Android application program to realize the Bluetooth transmission of spectral data,complete the search and pairing of two spectrometer devices,accurately receive the spectral data and extract the spectral information,and the measurement results are displayed in real time on the mobile phone.Test experiments prove that the system can operate stably and efficiently.Secondly,the self-developed spectrometer was used to detect sea water,which realized the real-time display of water quality information such as chlorophyll and turbidity.The spectral database of oil pollution types was created,and the spectral data of diesel oil,diluted crude oil,motor oil,gasoline,edible oil and other oil types were extracted to realize the identification of oil pollution types.At the same time,the relevant parameters of diesel,crude oil and engine oil are measured,and the modified fluorescence Raman method is used to carry out the oil film thickness measurement experiment,and the influence of the oil stain thickness and variety on the recognition result is analyzed.Third,based on the principle of laser excitation of DOM in water to produce fluorescence,a method for quickly detecting the quality of water samples was proposed and integrated into the software.Use self-developed spectrometers to quickly test the water quality of pure water,sewage,sea water,tap water and lake water,to understand the quality of water samples and provide data support for safe water use. |
