So far,more than 110 species of Erythrina alkaloids have been isolated from plants and determined the structure.The large number of Erythrina alkaloids have been confirmed,which has anticonvulsant,anxiolytic,sedative and inhibit the central nervous system(CNS)function,may be a potential drug for treating these diseases of the central nervous system.However,since natural product of Erythrina alkaloids without a star molecule or being medicine,medicinal chemists rarely pharmacological research on it,so it is very urgent to explore the synthesis and activity of the alkaloid drug molecules.Based on our study of the synthesis of 1.3-Demethoxyerythratidinon,we synthesized a series of new Erythrina alkaloids amide compound molecules,expect further research value of the drug molecules,in addition,we also make an chiral attempt on the intramolecular Michael addition reaction on the synthetic route.This paper is divided into three chapters,the first chapter reviews the classification and pharmacological activity of Erythrina alkaloids,the biosynthesis of Erythrina alkaloids core skeleton,progress in total synthesis of Erythrina alkaloids in recent years.In the second chapter,we described the chiral attempts on intramolecular Michael addition reaction by small molecule asymmetric catalysis and using Evans chiral auxiliary in the synthetic routes and the synthesis of 45 new Erythrina alkaloids amide compound molecules.The third chapter summarizes the specific operation of the reaction and NMR data of the resultant compound.
