Aromatic compounds are one of the main pollutants in our life.They are toxic and difficult to be removed,which can cause great damage to the ecological environment and human health.Therefore,it is of great significance to effectively detect these chemicals for environmental science,analytical chemistry and life science.Fluorescence sensors with the high sensitivity,convenience and high selectivity in the detection of various molecules and ions,have attracted more and more attention.We found that the Kl?rner molecular clip is a kind of excellent supramolecular host molecule,and it is rarely reported as a fluorescent host molecule.Therefore,we tried to use the Suzuki cross-coupling reaction to introduce aromatic ring and aromatic heterocyclic ring on the Kl?rner molecular skeleton,because these fluorophore have a suitable excitation emission wavelength,large Stock shift and fluorescence quantum yield.A series of Kl?rner type fluorescent host molecules have been synthesized and their fluorescence recognition properties have been studied.Metallacages have been the concern of scientists,which become a hot research point abroad.The reason is that cages not only have complex and sophisticated three-dimensional structure,more importantly,its very wide range of application prospect.The cages have internal cavities and can be used as supramolecular containers,supramolecular reactors,and biocellular ion channels.At the same time the cages can also be widely used in molecular detection,gas storage and separation,object packaging and identification,cavity induction and catalysis,and drug delivery.The Kl?rner molecular clip has a rigid skeleton,which can provide good directionality and rigidity for the synthesis of metallacages.Therefore,the pyridine groups are introduced into the Kl?rner molecular scaffold by Suzuki and Sonogashira cross-coupling reaction,so that it can be coordinated with Pt and other metal ions to synthesis metallacages.And the performance of its wrapped fullerene C60 was studied.The above includes the following three parts:1.We briefly introduce the supramolecular chemistry,and summarize the development and prospect of supramolecular host molecules and supramolecular assembly.2.We have designed and synthesized a series of fluorescent Kl?rner molecular clips through the mechanism of host-guest recognition and have confirmed the structure of fluorescent molecular clips by NMR,IR and HR-MS spectroscopy.We use UV absorption spectra and fluorescence spectra to detect their selective recognition ability,and find that fluorescent molecular clips can identify TCNQ with high selectivity and high sensitivity.This kind of fluorescent molecular clip is a excellent host,and its potential photoelectric properties will be further studied.3.We have introduced pyridine groups on the Kl?rner molecular skeleton and synthesized Kl?rner organic ligands.Then we use Kl?rner organic ligands to construct a series of metallacages.The series of metallacages were characterized by NMR,DOSY and ESI-TOF-MS to confirm the structure.We have investigated the encapsulation properties of C60 by these metallacages,which have been confirmed by ESI-TOF-MS and NMR.The application of these metallacages in the object package and identification,molecular testing,gas storage and separation,drug transport and cavity induction reaction and catalysis will be further studied.
