Influencing Factors And Improving Strategies Of Residents' Ecological Protection Legal Awareness

The ecological environment plays an important role in the sustainable development of people and society.However,rapid pace of economic development and the extensive mode of economic development have led to the deterioration of the ecological environment.Therefore,the promotion of ecological protection and improvement of the legal awareness of ecological protection have attracted more eyes of all walks of life,and the government of China's has also given full attention.It's an indispensable part of the environmental law to cultivate the legal consciousness of the ecological protection of the contemporary residents in the era of sustainable development.Based on this,this paper takes Shanxi province T city residents as the research object,to obtain relevant data by means of questionnaire,through the study on the affecting factors of the residents ecological protection awareness of the law,to analyze the three objective factors affecting residents ecological protection awareness of the law and the four subjective factors,to explore the influential factors of residents ecological protection law consciousness the,and further to put forward strategies to enhance the legal awareness of the residents of ecological protection.In this paper,the application called SPSS14.0 is used to test the validity of 377 effective samples by means of reliability and validity test,simple descriptive statistics analysis,interactive classification analysis and logistic regression analysis.The results show that the factors,including occupation,education level,age,income level,ecological protection,ecological protection law legal knowledge level by consciousness,ecological education,ecological protection legal system construction,hves significant effect on the legal consciousness of ecological protection.Among them,the performance values of legal consciousness of ecological environment in personnel of organs or institutions,students,and those occasionally participated in ecological protective activities are significantly higher,and the values of Exp(B)are 4.328,3.868 and 3.312 respectively.Whereas the performancevalues of excessive pursuit of economic development of governments and focus on economic interests of the ecological environment of enterprises are lower,and the values of Exp(B)are0.704 and 0.890.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the ecological legal system by focusing on the key groups of the residents in non-public areas to improve their awareness of the "legal",establish the ecological legal belief,and urge the "faith in law".It also should have an effective way to realize the awareness of ecological protection participation,broaden the channels for ecological protection of residents,and achieve the lawful and effective ecological protection of residents,and to publicize the new media as a key means of promoting awareness,polymerize publicity of new content of legal awareness of ecological protection,use new medium that are related to residents to enhance the legal awareness of ecological protection of them.
