| Cyclic Peptide Materials,a multi-functional of material,have many potential applications in widely field such as biology,materials and medical science.Two types of single amino acid cyclic peptide were synthesized:cyclo-[L-Phe-D-Phe-]5-and cyclo-[L-Phe-D-Phe-]6-,and self-assembled.According to the need of materials,five groups of linear polypeptide are synthesized.Meanwhile,cyclization and purification separation synthesis those five linear polypeptide into cyclo-[L-Phe-D-Phe-]5-and cyclo-[L-Phe-D-Phe-]6-.In addition,we investigate the Acidic Gas adsorption ability of Self-assembled cyclic peptide material.In this study,functional group of amino compounds can react with amino acids,intramolecular dehydration to form linear peptide in liquid phase by using Boc-L-Phe-OH and Boc-D-Phe-OH as raw material.And then using BOP hexafluophosphate as condensing agent react with linear peptide in the very dilute solution and ring off with the bifunctional molecules to form the ring peptide unit.The molecular weight and functional groups of the compounds were determined by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(LC-MS),nuclear magnetic resonance(1HNMR)and fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.The yield of cyclo-[L-Phe-D-Phe-]5-and cyclo-[L-Phe-D-Phe-]6-are about 90%,however the purification process is complex.The purified cyclic peptide self-assembled by using dichloromethane and n-Hexane and trifluoroacetic acid anddeionized water.The result suggests that trifluoroacetic acid anddeionized water can drive cyclic peptide self-assembled as two phase.The microstructure and morphology of the materials were investigated by scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and Fourier transform infrared and result shows that cyclo-[L-Phe-D-Phe-]5-and cyclo-[L-Phe-D-Phe-]6-form a porous structure.Finally,running adsorption-desorption experiment of nitrogen is based on cyclo-[L-Phe-D-Phe-]5-and cyclo-[L-Phe-D-Phe-]6-by using BET.The result also shows the pore size and specific surface area of self-assembled cyclic peptide Materials.Meanwhile,acidic gas adsorption ability of self-assembled materials cyclic peptide is investigated and the result suggests that the pore size and specific surface area are obviously increased after self-assembled.Therefore,the Self-assembled cyclic peptide Materials have a certain application prospect as acidic gas adsorbent. |
