Port plays an important part in economic development.Wharf as a port structure,the safety of wharf is extremely important,its working environment is complex,many factors that produce damage in the use of the course.Whereas,not all the factors will affect the safety of wharf.Therefore,establishing proper wharf safety evaluation program is to the benefit of confirming the security level of wharf which can find out the safety issues that may exist in the wharf and avoid the needless economic loss caused by blind shutdown and renovation for some factors would not affect the normal use of wharf.The causes of damage are analyzed in this paper by researching the damage may produce easily in the course of work of high pile framework wharf and establishes two elevation models for high piled framework wharf.Model one focuses on the bearing capacity and the stability caused by the exterior damage impact on the safety of wharf.While in model two the pier bearing capacity and stability were independent factors which considerations are more comprehensive.This paper use AHP to test the high piled framework safety models severally.In view of the process of AHP weight with the expert's subjective opinion,the initial weight needs to be corrected.In this weight correction course,entropy method is used to strengthen some key index weight and weaken some index weight which has little effect so that weight distribution can be more close to the index elements factual effect.Another work of AHP is to determine membership function.This paper introduces fuzzy set theory,and refers to the “Code for Pile Foundation of Harbor Engineering”,relevant building code and extend coefficient to fuzzy membership function so that the elevation process can be more persuasive.In order to verify the rationality of elevation models and weight,one project was used to test the two models severally.Model one got a lower score than model two,it shows that the factual bearing capacity greater than the requirement of design.This result offers foundation for wharf detection.Appearance test should be carried out first,stability test and bearing test can be conducted after finding out the appearance test result is unqualified.Appearance test does not need to suspend the operation of wharf,accordingly,this method helps on improving wharf working efficiency.
