As it is well known, electrical safety system plays an important role in entire mining production safety system. In order to ensure the stability and reliability of the electrical system, a comprehensive assessment model for electrical safety were established in this thesis by combining expert consultation methodology, improved analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. By employing this assessment model, potential hazardous risks in the electric system can be promptly detected and removed, leading to prevention of electrical accidents and safety improvement. In this study, the structure of the proposed electrical safety assessment model was described. This model consisted of a multilayer system with 44 evaluation indexes and four units, including electric shock prevention, flame prevention, lightning protection and management integrity. The weight of each index was determined using the improved AHP. Moreover, an application of this model was demonstrated, based on the exploration of electrical safety environment in the Paishanlou gold mine site in Fuxin, Liaoning. After performing the assessment, the weaknesses of electrical safety system of this mine site were efficiently investigated. By aiding in making correct decisions, the safety level of the Paishanlou gold mine was improved. Overall, the results proved the practicability and comprehensiveness of this new assessment system to the mining electrical safety management. |
