As is a kind of poisonous and harmful substance.Because of the rapid development of industry,arsenic pollution is becoming more and more serious,so the treatment of arsenic containing wastewater is urgent.Gas washing wastewater containing arsenic acid has the characteristics of many pollution sources,emissions,free acid and arsenic concentration,complex composition,in the treatment of arsenic wastewater at home and abroad comparative analysis found that the existing methods of arsenic removal of trivalent arsenic removal effect than pentavalent arsenic,this experiment by using ultrasonic and electrochemical oxidation the oxidation of trivalent arsenic to pentavalent arsenic can reduce the toxicity of arsenic,improve the conversion efficiency,to provide protection for the subsequent removal of arsenic.Experimental study on the anode oxidation process,sulfuric acid As(III)direct / indirect oxidation process,the impact of various factors and effect of sulfuric acid oxidation effect,correlation analysis between the parameters,and the optimal running conditions were determined for subsequent As(V)and provide a theoretical basis for the efficient extraction.Through theoretical analysis and calculation,drawing 25?As-H2 O E-pH,using the single factor experiment and electrochemical detection of the combination of single sulfuric acid and sulfuric acid as the mixed system under different influence factors(time,temperature,electrolyte concentration,electrolysis voltage,ultrasonic power)anode oxidation process for the study,comparison and analysis of the promoting effect of ultrasound on the electrochemical oxidation,put forward the optimum technological conditions.The experiment by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry detection in the anode solution of As(III)and As(V),a pure sulfuric acid oxidation and electrolytic oxidation were compared.The results showed that: the process of electrochemical oxidation of acid wastewater arsenic is the direct oxidation and indirect oxidation as the result of.The sulfuric acid oxidation process under arsenic mixed system were studied by single factor experiments,the results showed that the ultrasonic joining electrolysis process can improve the anodic potential and anodic overpotential for oxygen evolution,inhibit the occurrence of side reaction when the initial concentration of As(III)1.1540g/L,electrolytic voltage of 6.0V,frequency of 40 kHz,ultrasonic power 150 W,120min,As(III)the oxidation rate of up to 86.34%.Through the above research,it is found that the oxidation reaction combined with hydroxyl radical oxidation can shorten the reaction time,reduce the electrolysis voltage and greatly increase the conversion rate of arsenic.
