Polysilicon in recent years to momentum should not be overlooked and because it is an indispensable industry on the basis of raw materials consumption also presents the trend of increasing year by year.Therefore,the control system which is closely connected with the polysilicon production has become a hot research topic.Distributed control system(DCS)is the main product of chemical industry in the control system,so that the chemical process system has a more powerful development momentum and vitality of the growth.In view of the characteristics of polysilicon production industry,we mainly use the Delta V distributed control system developed by Emerson Corporation to design and apply the control system of polysilicon production process.The paper first obtains from recent DCS in the domestic and foreign development situation,analysis of the application of DCS in the polysilicon project of polysilicon combined with the actual situation,from the aspects of the actual operation of the process and process control of research and design Then is the key part of this paper,focusing on DeltaV DCS system function,including redundant function of powerful hardware composition,changing the configuration function,smooth communication security function and security,as well as a very important function is anti interference function,the safety factor of the system is greatly improved.Then introduced the polysilicon production process,including the whole process of the control system requirements,in the production process to use equipment monitoring,so for large equipment made monitoring work were analyzed.The production process should also pay attention to safety,in order to reduce the risk factor,control safety,polysilicon production process is also configured with the corresponding interlocking system.This is the design of the entire control system,in the design,the selection of instruments is also a slight study,but also the application of complex control systems to ensure that the design results.The realization aspect does the work is the detailed elaboration to the system configuration,including the upper computer and the lower computer's configuration function.After control system is designed,all of the functions of the project debugging,in the man-machine interface,test production process control system meets the expected effect,fully meet the functional requirements of system control.
