In the view of the disadvantages of the high investment and the car driving cannot stop easily in continuous control and so on.The investment focus of the industrial enterprises had turned to Batch control currently.With the development of the microprocessor and the improvement of the automation level,the current Batch control system has the advantages of low investment,high adaptability,changing product specification doesn't cause the waste of raw materials,etc.And the pursuit of improving product quality and reducing costs are the key to the whole system optimization process.So the process of Batch production plays an increasingly important position in the process of modern industrial production.Based on the terminologies defined and used in the standard ISA S88,this article with Antibody Manufacturing as an example presents the application of Emerson Process Management DeltaV Batch to the realization of recipe application in the production,this implementing the design of Batch control system applied to life science program.First of all,according to the terminologies of monoclonal antibody preparation process classify the logic functions and the cell module in the process of Batch production;secondly,analysis control requirement of the unit module concretely,do the research of the control scheme,design Batch control functions;Then,according to the division of logical functions performed in the process of Batch production to finish the programming of operations,unit procedures and procedures in the recipe studio.In the debugging process of the control scheme,with the utilization of MATLAB for industrial process object modeling,the OPC technology to achieve data exchange between MATLAB and DeltaV server,ultimately,completed the control schemes' simulation.Finally,the actual operation shows that the Batch control system can successfully implement the blanking of the conflict of the device requests,have the characteristics of strong stability,good maneuverability,achieving the real-time monitoring and adjustment of the parameters in the process and reaching the expectations of expansion flexibility and recipe modification.Not only for shorten the time for monoclonal antibody drugs to market,stable yields and quality has obvious improvement,but also for the promotion of major industrial companies to introduce advanced Batch control system play a certain role.Ultimately,the Batch control system realized a global optimization for the complex industrial control system.
