Dihydropyrimidine(DHPMs)is a kind of heterocyclic compounds,which has very important physiological activities and pharmaceutical value,so the synthesis and application of DHPMs have been attracting the attention of the researchers.The studies concerning Pyrazoline and Schiff base are hot topics due to their good biological activities and medicinal value.DHPMs and Pyrazoline and Schiff base have great potential application in the field of medicine.In this work,novel DHPMs derivatives containing pyrazoline and schiff were designed and synthesized so as to,screen out more valuable compounds.In this paper,9 kinds of DHPMs compounds containing pyrazoline,5 kinds of DHPMs compounds containing schiff base and 7 kinds of pyrazoline compounds containing ferrocene were synthesized.All the compounds were confirmed by IR spectra,NMR,mass and elemental analysis.And the fluorescence performance in different solvent polarity were tested.The content of this paper includes the following three aspects:1.DHPMs were firstly synthesized based on three-component Biginelli reaction,and oxidation,replacement reactions were carried out to get 2-hydrazine DHPMs derivatives.Then the synthesized 2-hydrazine DHPMs derivatives reacted with chalcone,which is prepared by the reaction of acetyl ferrocene and aromatic aldehydes,to afford 9 kinds of novel DHPMs compounds containing pyrazoline.And the fluorescence performance in different solvents were tested.2.2-amino DHPMs derivatives,which were prepared via oxidation and replacement reactions of DHPMs,were allowed to react with aromatic aldehydes to afford 5 kinds of novel DHPMs compounds containing schiff.And the fluorescence performance in different solvents were tested.3.In view of it's the aromaticity,low toxicity and hydrophobic lipophilic property of ferrocene,pyrazoline comounds containing ferrocene were designed and synthesized.Seven kinds of ferrocenyl chalcones were firstly prepared by the reaction of aromatic aldehydes with acetyl ferrocene,and then reacted with 2-hydrazine to synthsize the aimed products.
