Analysis Of Core Competitiveness Of Opencast Coal Mine And Improvement Measures

Core competence theory is established on the basis of the theory of economics and management,which is an important theoretical support for the sustainable development of enterprises.Enterprise scale expands unceasingly in the process,the strength of the core competitiveness,to promote its sustainable development.Along with our country market economy reform deepening,industry competition is increasingly fierce,enhance core competitiveness to become its focus.In this paper,first of all,the knowledge of theory of core competence at home and abroad were reviewed and the comprehensive combing and summary,and combined with the characteristics of the coal enterprise,to the actual situation of coal enterprise to carry on the comprehensive analysis and judgment,induces the related factors influencing coal core competitive ability,he includes coal resources endowment,the regional conditions,strategy,organization and management,innovation,sustainable development etc.,these different factors,interaction and mutual influence of organic integration,work together after the formation of coal enterprise core competitiveness.On this basis,through standardized research and empirical research methods,combined with the working practice,build the measurement model of coal core competitive ability,as a case analysis and research of enterprises laid a theoretical basis.The open-air coal is our country the first thousand-modern open-pit coal mine,after years of operation and development,on April 18,2007,officially listed.Currently,open-air coal as a large listed company,the current is in the structure adjustment and industrial structure upgrade,the cultivation and construction of the core competitiveness of higher requirements are put forward.This article first to the specific circumstances of the enterprise has carried on the comprehensive and systematic analysis,according to the evaluation model,through the way of empirical analysis,to the open-air coal core competence in quantitative and qualitative analysis,comprehensive evaluation of the status of the open-air coal core competitiveness,find the weak link and the core competitivenessof opencast coal have development potential link,and put forward the feasible measures to ascend.Open-air coal in coal enterprise has strong representative,other coal enterprises can also refer to the results of this paper,from the surrounding the enterprise resources and capacity to obtain,to identify enterprise core competitiveness,excavation recessive factors,put forward concrete measures to promote enterprise development.
