In this study,polyethylene glycol PEG with molecular weight of 800-6000,polycaprolactone diol PCL with molecular weights of 1000 and 2000,polyoxypropylene glycol N210 and N220,it selected IPDI,and hydrophilic chain extender DMPA,post-chain extender choice 1,4-butanediol and other major raw materials.Based on the mechanism of polyurethane reaction,the structure of polyurethane was designed by optimizing the mixing ratio of diol monomer,the ratio of hard and soft segment,the hydrophilic chain extender and post-chain extender molar ratio.The synthesis process was optimized,and the target product,aqueous polyurethane,was prepared.The performance of the product was tested and the application process of the product was optimized.The preparation of polyurethane prepolymer,and then after hydrophilic extender chain and post-chain extender,finally neutralized with triethylamine and emulsified with water to obtain polyurethane emulsion with self-emulsifying ability.The effects of monomer type,molar ratio,prepolymerization temperature and chain extension temperature on the properties of the product were studied.The optimum synthesis process and parameters were obtained:Prepolymerization process: the prepolymer temperature 80?,the performed time 2h,R=1.8;Extender chain process: add DMPA under 70? to 75? hydrophilic extender chain1.5h,plus 1,4-butanediol extender chain,1.5h thermal reaction;Neutralization process: after the completion of the extender chain and with the amount of DMPA substances such as triethylamine neutralization;Emulsification process: finally adding water emulsion under 30? for 30 min.Comprehensive PEG-2000 and PEG-1000,various reaction monomer mole ratio of PEG/N210=3:1~4:1,PEG/N220=3:1~4:1,R=1.8,n DMPA : n 1,4-butanediol =1:1~1:2.Comprehensive PEG-2000,PEG-1000,PCL-1000 and PCL-2000,various reaction monomer mole ratio of PEG/PCL=5:1~6:1,R=1.8,n DMPA : n 1,4-butanediol =2:1~1:1.The dosage of the catalyst is 0.2 ‰-0.3 ‰,the mass fraction of butanone is 15%-20%,the mass fraction of DMPA is 3%-5% and the mass fraction of PEG is 40%-60%.Homemade polyurethane to cotton and polyester fabric finishing,according to the change of the fabric performance,got the best finishing process: Polyurethane(solidcontent 15%)on the cotton and polyester fabric dosage respectively 40g/L-50g/L and 50g/L-70g/L,the fabric a dip a rolling,rolling rate of more than 85%,preliminary drying temperature 80?,preliminary drying time is 3min,curing temperature 140?,the curing time of 90 s.Self-made polyurethane products can increase the stiffness of the fabric,can significantly improve the hydrophilicity of polyester fabric,and enhance its anti-static capacity,and to some extent increase the breaking strength of the fabric,with non-hydrophilic silicone compound to improve the hydrophilic fabric and to ensure that the fabric very smooth and soft feel,and excellent wash ability,is a multi-functional additives,with a wide range of market prospects.
