Study Of Dyeing Process On Wool Fabric With Nature Dyes

Natural dyes are obtained from plants,animals,or minerals,with little or no chemical treatment.They are a renewable biological resource that can be biodegraded and do no harm to the environment.In China,natural dyes have a long history of use.In recent years,the application of natural dyes has become a hot spot,and has been widely studied and sought after.The wool fabric has the natural style of luxury,elegance and comfortable wear,especially cashmere has the reputation of "soft gold".At the same time,wool fabric has excellent properties q of warmth retention,resilience,breathability,moisture permeability,and unique clothing effect,so wool fabric is loved by people.Applying natural dyes to wool fabrics can give higher value to wool fabrics.The optimized dyeing process conditions of modified chestnut shell and madder was obtained through the single-factor experiment.The optimized process of chestnut dyes was that,100? of dyeing temperature 40 min of dyeing time,pH=3.6,The optimized process of madder dyes was that,100? of dyeing temperature,30 min of dyeing time,pH=7.0.On the basis of the research on the influence of mordant on dyeing,The pretreatment of iron and aluminum mordant can obviously improve the color fastness of dyeing wool fabric,and it can reach 4 or more,and meet the requirements of people's wearing.For chestnut shell dyes on wool fabric,the mordant iron and aluminum pretreatment does not change the main color,the dosage mordant is 2%(o.w.f)most effective;for madder dye on wool fabric,the mordant iron and aluminum pretreatment changed dyes on wool fabric of the main color,rich variety of colors,the dosage mordant is 1.5%(o.w.f)most effective.On the basis of previous research,Further study on wool dyeing bulk production by the chestnut shell,madder,gardenia yellow,tea tree fruit and lac dye.The K/S value of the bulk was slightly lower than the samples on wool fabric after dyeing,but better than direct dyeing that without using iron mordant.The pretreatment of iron and aluminum mordant can obviously improve the color fastness of dyeing wool fabric,and it can reach 4 or more,and meet the requirements of people's wearing.
