The experiments were carried out with?-Al2O3 as aggregate,carboxymethyl cellulose as pore-forming agent and binder,glycerol as lubricant and plasticizer,Cu2O-TiO2 as sintering additive,solid particle sintering-roll molding process to prepare?-Al2O3 ceramic tubular support;Al OOH sol was prepared from aluminum isopropoxide and HNO3 was used as the peptizing agent.Al OOH sol was prepared by sol-gel method;Preparation of alumina ceramic composite membrane by impregnation coating method.And its composite process was studied and its properties were characterized.Experimental results show:?1?An alumina ceramic support was prepared by extrusion molding and found to have been sintered under the appropriate sintering regime with the addition of 3.0%CMC,3.0%glycerol,3%TiO2,0.7%Cu2O?wt%?.The results show that the particle size is compact and the pore size distribution is uniform.The porosity is 30.2%,the pure water flux is 7335.57 L/m2·h·MPa,and the flexural strength is 84.34MPa,acid/alkali corrosion weight loss rate of 1.2/1.1%.?2?AlOOH sol was prepared by using aluminum isopropoxide as precursor.When HNO3 was used as the peptizer,the concentration of HNO3 3-4.5mL was 2 mol/L.When the content of PVA was 4%?wt%?,it was aged at 90?for 5h to obtain clear and transparent light blue AlOOH sol.The properties of the prepared sol were stable?gelatinization without standing for 2 months?and uniform pore size distribution?7-11nm?.?3?The inorganic ceramic membrane was prepared by dip coating method.The optimum process for the preparation of alumina ceramic composite membrane was determined as follows?the diameter of the support is 1?m?:The prepared alumina ceramic support is subjected to acid hydrolysis pretreatment to remove residual impurities,the surface is smoothed by polishing,and the support is sufficiently wetted.After the AlOOH sol was sonicated,the coating film was immersed in Al OOH sol with a PVA content of 4%?wt%?and a viscosity of 1.7 mPa·s for 30 s,dried,and then baked at 800?for 2 hours Cooling,then open furnace.Can be obtained relatively satisfactory alumina ceramic inorganic composite film.Ceramic composite membrane prepared in this case,the carrier layer aperture 0.8-0.9?m,nano-film layer around the aperture 7,flexural strength 80MPa.
