In recent years,people pay more and more attention to the energy crisis and environmental pollution problems,low-carbon green lifestyle has been advocated by everyone.Chemical synthetic fiber based on the oil industry and the production of chemical synthesis of fiber causes problems like Environmental Pollution,Huge Resource Consumption,Uneasily Degradable Waste Fiber,etc.Gradually Chemical synthetic fiber replaced by green and environmentally friendly non-polluting biomass fibers.The raw material of biomass fiber is derived from the extracted skin of the animal,the bones and the skin of the plant,the material extracted from the stem and leaf,so the source of the biomass fiber is broad and we don't need to worry about the depletion of the biomass.The production process of the biomass fiber is non-toxic or low toxicity,biomass fiber also has a degradable excellent nature and it will not cause environmental pollution problems.Biomass fiber has characteristics of wide range sources and green environmental protection,and it is the hot topic among the experts at home and abroad in recent years.In the biomass fiber,seaweed fiber produced by seaweed extracted from algae in marine resources is attracting more attention because of its abundant raw material source,green production process and excellent product performance.In this paper,through the feather keratin extracted from the abandoned animal feathers to compound with the sodium alginate extracted in seaweed,the complex solution of sodium alginate and feather keratin was got;SA/FK was prepared successfully by wet spinning;the rheological properties of SA/FK composite solution and the interaction between molecules in the composite system were studied;the compounding mechanism of sodium alginate and feather keratin were analyzed;by characterizing the chemical structure,crystal structure and surface morphology of SA/FK composite fibers,the mechanical properties of SA/FK composite fibers were tested.To increase the fiber's functionality and application performance,using LA and PA as raw material to get LA-PA phase change material,the phase transition properties of the composite fibers were increased by using the LA-PA as the phase change modifier,and finally the SA/FK/LA-PA composite fiber was got.The results show that:(1)Sodium alginate and feather keratin can form a uniform composite system by blending and have good fluidity.The rheological properties of the complex system will change with the changing of the environment of the composite system(2)SA/FK composite system formed hydrogen bond,in the composite system the different proportion of hydrogen bonds will change with the changing of complex system's pH.(3)SA/FK composite fiber's surface exists trench structure,sodium alginate and feather keratin have a certain crystallization performance,and after compounding SA/FK composite fiber's crystallinity decreased,the composite fiber has better flame retardant properties(LOI=34).(4)The optimum molding process conditions of SA/FK composite fiber should be SA concentration is 3%,FK mass fraction is 20,solution pH is 6,concentration of CaCl2 concentration in coagulation bath is 5%,solidification time is 4 min fiber's maximum breaking strength is 1.98cN/dtex.(5)After getting LA-PA phase change material,then SA/FK/LA-PA composite fibers with phase change function were obtained by adding LA-PA phase change material into S A/FK composite system.
