With the growing awareness of environmental protection, toxic and harmful organic pollutants on the environment pollution have become increasingly prominent;Especially phenol organic pollutant has the more and more serious impact on human life. Therefore, research an economic and effective method to deal with the waste water containing phenol has very important significance.Immobilized microorganism method and electrochemical method are widely used because of its respective advantages. In this article electro-catalytic process and immobilized microorganism process are combined to treat the simulated organic wastewater from phenol, meanwhile, its treatment effects, influence factors and degradation process are studied.Article first introduced the cultivation from the mixture of activated sludge microbial colony, domestication processes. The electron microscope image scanning and analysis are taken for the mixed microbes after the completion of domestication,as well as the hybrid of immobilized microorganism is hanged(membrane was carried out on the packing).Based on homemade packed bed electrochemical bioreactor, reactor is cylinder type, the material is made from organic glass, stainless steel electrode, placed between the cathodes hanging membrane complete fiber ball packing,by combining the electrochemical and immobilized microorganism process degradation of phenol wastewater.Compare the results of the three different methods:biological membrane method, electrochemical method and biofilm electrochemical on the degradation processes of phenol and take further investigation of packed bed electrochemical bioreactor for phenol degradation of feasibility study.Researches show that:when the phenol initial concentration of 150 mg·L-1 dealing with 10 h,biofilm electrochemical method for phenol and COD of wastewater containing phenol removal effect is significantly better than the other two.Detailed study of the single factor applied voltage, initial concentration of pollutants, air, electrolyte concentration and initial pH value on phenol in waste water containing phenol removal and the effect of COD removal efficiency, which factors influence laws are obtained.Research has shown that with the increase of phenol initial concentration of pollutants, phenol and COD removal rate showed a trend of decrease in waste water; As the applied voltage, electrolyte concentration, aeration rate, and increase of the initial pH value, the removal rate of phenol and COD removal rate in wastewater tend to reduce after the first increase.By the orthogonal experiment analysis, the air had the greatest influence on the removal rate of phenol in waste water,pH value, minimum electrolyte concentration, after additional experimental phenol waste water of phenol removal rate was 93.16%.The influences of different factors on the reaction rate constant are also studied. The results show that the packed bed electrochemical bioreactor, the reaction rate constant decreased with increasing the applied voltage. With the increase of applied voltage, concentration of electrolyte, aeration and initial pH value, the reaction rate constants increased before they are reduced.By ultraviolet-visible absorption spectrum detection and analysis of phenol degradation was first for the quinone compounds,as the reaction progresses, ultraviolet spectra of phenol and quinone compounds in absorption peaks are reduced, further degradation of quinones may generate low molecular acid and the final degradation are CO2 and H2O.
