Phosphate cement is a kind of special cement,and itself with the characteristics of’ fast setting and fast hard.In a series of phosphate gelled materials,magnesium phosphate cement(MPC)is a new cementing material and by more and more attention,which is rapid hardening,high strength for repair characteristics and widely recognized,and also put forward and research as the material of sustainable development.The main application are phosphate rapid repairing materials,that is magnesium phosphate cement based composites(MPB),it is a composite material that uses magnesium phosphate cement as the cementing materials and substrates to make up the magnesium phosphate cement mortar.There are three aspects of main content:on the one hand,made a comparative study on basic material properties of phosphate rapid repairing materials,through in four big volume indicators,there are work performance,mechanical performance,stability and wear resistance.On the other hand,gave the definition and evaluation index of resistance to water of phosphate rapid repairing materials,then comparative study of different curing conditions,different states of water on the influence of the mechanical property,the volume stability and strength retention rate of phosphate rapid repairing materials,later concluded the water resistance.Last,studying the different corrosion medium of water on the influence of the mechanical property of phosphate rapid repairing material,volume stability and the strength retention,it is concluded that the corrosion resistance.The main conclusions as follows:First,phosphate rapid repairing materials are a high-quality patching material with rapid hardening,early strength,volume stability,high resistance to wear.The final setting time is 11 min,fluidity is 315 mm.The flexural strength of 3h is 5.5 MPa,the compressive strength of one hour is 32.7 MPa.Drying shrinkage rate of change after 7d is small,and the great dry shrinkage value is 0.00028%.Quality loss percentage is 0.72%,abrasion loss ratio is 0.09.Second,the water resistances of phosphate rapid repairing materials in different curing ways of the water,whose order from strong to weak are natural curing,standard curing,natural curing in water,standard curing in water.Third,the water resistances of phosphate rapid repairing materials in different states of the water,whose order from strong to weak are natural static water curing,standard static water curing,natural move water curing,standard move water curing.Fourth,corrosion resistance ability of phosphate rapid repairing materials in order from strong to weak are 3%Na2SO4,30%NaCl,H2O,10%NaOH,100%HCl.Fifth,to analysis the main factors that influence the water resistance of phosphate rapid repairing materials,there are particle fineness and active of magnesium oxide,the mixture ratio of phosphate and magnesium oxide(P/M),water cement ratio and retarder,it is better to grasp the water resistance of phosphate rapid repairing materials.Sixth,the analysis of the corrosion resistant mechanism of phosphate rapid repairing materials,understanding the causes of corrosion,providing theoretical basis for anti-corrosion design,strengthen the control and prevention in each link of the construction,production and management,reduce or avoid the adverse effects caused by the corrosion of cement concrete pavement.
