Blumea riparia(Bl.)DC,which is a famous medicinal plant of Guangxi and acted as the only raw material of "Fu Xue Kang Ke Li" of traditional medicine in Guangxi.Acted as a specialized plant in Guangxi,Blumea riparia(Bl.)DC plays an important role in gynecological diseases.The chemical compositions of Blumea riparia(Bl.)DC have been researched and applicated.Ferulic acid is one of phenolic acids of the main effective ingredients in Blumea riparia(BL)DC.Sulfonamides that have sulfanilamide structure can be used to protect people against bacterial disease.Sulfonamides with many advantages are widely used to be a kind of drugs of anti-flammation.The antagonism between sulfonamides and para-aminobenzoic acid can prevent the synthesis of dihydrofolate and inhibit the growth of bacteria.But they have been reduced the area of application because of the application of effective and low toxic antibiotic drugs.Therefore,ferulic acid derivatives were synthesized by sulfonamides(include sulfadiazine(SD),sulphaquinoxaline(SQ),Sulfamonomethoxine(SMM),Sulfamethoxydiazine(SMD),sulfathiazole(ST),sulfaclozine(SCZ),sulfachloropyridazine(SCDZ),Sulfaguanidine(SG),Sulfadimidine(SM2),sulfamethoxazole(SMZ),Sulfadimoxine(SDM),Sulfonamide(SN))and ferulic acid,which is a effective ingredient of Blumea riparia(Bl.)DC,to find good drugs that show antibacterial,hemostatic,and lack of side effects in this paper.This paper consisted of three parts:(1)synthesis of ferulic acid derivatives.According to the synthetic route,the target compounds were prepared by extraction,separation,washing,drying and recrystallization,and identified with spectroscopic method such as IR,MS,1H-NMR and 13C-NMR.(2)Tests of blood physiological and antibacterial activities.The research of blood physiological activity of target compounds included four factors:prothrombin time(PT),fibrinogen(FIB),thrombin time(TT)and activated partial thromboplatin time(APTT).Minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)of derivative was obtained from the research of antibacterial activities.(3)The fluorescence spectroscopy was explored to study the interaction between compounds of ferulic acid(FA)and bovine serum albumin(BSA)under imitated physiological condition.Furthermore,the effect of compounds on the conformation of BSA was analyzed using synchronous fluorescence spectroscopy.
