In recent years, with the rise of smart wearable devices, flexible conductive materials have gradually become a research hotspot.Traditional conductive fabrics have the disadvantages of relatively hard hand, lack of toughness, and resistance to bending. In this paper,a flexible conductive material with good conductivity and mechanical properties is prepared by the preparation process of traditional conductive polymer-type conductive fabrics using carbon nanotube nano-flexible substrates as carriers. The research contents mainly include the following aspects:1.Carbon nanotubes are nano-scale tubes made of single-layer or multi-layer graphite sheets. This perfect graphite-like surface structure has good stability and chemical reaction inertness. In order to solve the carbon nanotube dispersion problem, the surface of carbon nanotubes should be acidified. The experiment found that when the ratio of nitric acid and sulfuric acid is 1:3 and the holding time at 100°C is 45 min,the effect of acidification of carbon nanotubes is best.2.The A-MWNTs were added into the PVDF spinning solution in different proportions. The carbon nanotube/PVDF nanofiber membranes were prepared by electrospinning. As the amount of carbon nanotubes increased, the conductivity of the spinning solution increased which is linear relationship basically.Through tests,it was found that when the amount of carbon nanotubes was 1%,the breaking strength of the nanofiber membrane was 2.5 MPa at the maximum;when the amount of carbon nanotubes was increased to 5%,the average diameter of the nanofibers was smallest at 300.5 nm;The surface resistivity decreases with the increase of the amount of carbon nanotubes, the lowest is 2.98×1014?.cm,which is 500 times smaller than that of PVDF nanofiber membrane.3.In order to further improve the conductive properties of nanofiber membranes, polyaniline was formed on the surface of nanofiber membranes by in-situ polymerization.Single factor experiments and orthogonal experiments were used to investigate the influencing factors of polymerization reactions. It was found that under the experimental conditions,When the amount of aniline was 30%,the amount of ammonium persulfate was 25 g/L,the amount of hydrochloric acid was 1 mol/L,and the polymerization time was 2 hours, the surface resistance of the polyaniline nanofiber membrane was 8.85 ?.cm.Compared to non-polyaniline nanofiber membrane surface resistivity decreased by 14 orders of magnitude.
