Flexible supercapacitors have the advantage of high specific capacitance,high cycle life,excellent mechanical properties and environmentally safe,also have a broad application prospect in the field of energy.The flexible electrode is the core component of the flexible supercapacitor.Therefore,the study of flexible electrode has been a hot topic in materials science.The ANFs/PANI composite films and the ANFs/PANI/MWCNTs composite films were prepared with aramid nanofibers(ANFs),polyaniline(PANI)and Multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWCNTs)by blending method,self-assembly method,and the layer-by-layer(LBL)self-assembly method in this article.The effects of preparation method,polyaniline content and carbon nanotubes on mechanical and electrochemical properties of ANFs/PANI(MWCNTs)composite films were investigated.The ANFs/PANI composite films that prepared by blending method.By adjusting the content of polyaniline,the mechanical and electrical properties of the composite films were studied.The results showed that the conductivity of ANFs/PANI composite films increased with the increase of polyaniline content,while the mechanical properties decreased.When the content of polyaniline was 20%,the conductivity of the composite film reached 0.0026 S/cm,the tensile strength was 127.67 MPa.;The influence of water consumption on the gelation degree of ANFs/DMSO and the mechanical properties of ANFs film were studied.The ANFs film with the best mechanical properties was obtained,and its tensile strength was 218.76 MPa.On the other hand,the ANFs/PANI composite films which prepared by self-assembly method on this basis.By adjusting the concentration of polyaniline,the mechanical and electrochemical properties of the composite films were studied.The results showed that the mechanical properties and capacitance of ANFs/PANI composite films increased with the decrease of polyaniline concentration.When the concentration of polyaniline is 0.04mg/m L,the tensile strength is 162.76 MPa and the area-specific capacitance reaches 402.6 m F/cm~2(the current density is 0.25 m A/cm~2).Further the ANFs/MWCNTs/PANI composite films that prepared by layer-by-layer self-assembly(LBL)method.The changes in mechanical and electrochemical properties of the composite films also were studied by adjusting the addition of polyaniline.The study showed that with the increase of the addition of polyaniline,the mechanical properties of ANFs/MWCNTs/PANI composite films decreased,while the area specific capacitance increased.When the added amount of polyaniline was 8 mg,the area-specific capacitance reached 497.3 m F/cm~2(the current density was 0.25m A/cm~2),and the tensile strength was 158.71 MPa.
