Concrete curing agent,sprayed on the concrete surface,can form a dense film to seal water channels of concrete surface.Productions from the Reaction between curing agent and cement prevent water evaporating from the concrete surface.Thus concrete take best use of mixing water to completely hydrate and form compactness structure,which achieve the purpose of curing-Concrete curing and reinforcing agent was prepared with water glass modified by sodium methylsiliconate,urea and potassium dichromate.First the level of each component of curing and reinforcing agent was determined with the method of single factor analysis.Then the optimal formula was determined through orthogonal experiment.It was found that,mass percent of the optimal formula is,sodium methylsiliconate 1.5,urea 2.0,potassium dichromate 0.4,water-glass(module 1.8)46.1 and water 50.Concrete surface was carried out by XRD and SEM and the results showed that compared with comparative samples and the samples by standard curing,the samples cured by curing compound showed better compactness and the degpree of crystallization.Furthermore,it showed that the structure of hydrated production of concrete surface is hardly changed by curing and reinforcing agent through the analysis of FTIR.The relationship between the amount of water and performance of curing compound was studied,and it showed that the compressive strength increase from 20%to 50%content of water,yet fluctuate from 50%to 80%content of water.The difference in compressive strength,permeability and wearability of concrete under different curing methods was studied.The results showed that penetrative depth and compressive strength of the samples cured by curing compound are as much as the samples by standard curing,but better than comparative samples,and the wearability of the samples cured by curing compound is better than that of comparative samples and the samples under standard curing.
