The basalt fiber reinforced steel slag powder concrete,which is regarded as a new type of concrete material has gradually aroused people’s attention,the concrete makes full use of the large industrial waste-steel slag powder,it has the advantages of saving concrete and protecting the environment.A certain amount of basalt fiber,added into concrete,has improved the splitting tensile strength of concrete.In this paper,the test water was treated with micro-treatment,and the water that flew through the magnetizer instead common water was used to make concrete.The early compression strength tests of concrete,which were under different magnetization water flow(0l/min,4l/min,6l/min,8l/min,10l/min,12l/min,14l/min,16l/min,18l/min,and 20l/min),the different dosage of steel slag powder(10%,12%,14%,16%,and 18%)were conducted in order to find the best magnetized water flow.On the basis of these tests,the early compression strength tests,the early splitting tensile strength tests and the flexural strength tests of basalt fiber reinforced concrete,basalt fiber reinforced steel slag powder concrete,and basalt fiber reinforced steel slag powder concrete with magnetic water,which were all under different curing ages(3d,7d,14 d,21d and 28d),were conducted.The effect of magnetic water on the strength of concrete was comprehensively analyzed in combination with both the failure mode of concrete specimens and cement saving.The early compressive strength tests of magnetized water concrete showed that ten different types of magnetization water flow respectively mixed basalt fiber reinforced steel slag powder concrete,the suitable water flow was 16l/min,the concrete compressive strength was 26.6MPa.The strength of concrete was 13.2% higher than ordinary concrete.The concrete compressive strength gradually reduced with the increase of steel slag powder content.The suitable dosage range of steel slag powder is 12% ~ 15%.The concrete mechanics performance tests,which was under different curing ages showed that 3d、7d and 14 d compressive strength of basalt fiber reinforced steel slag powder concrete with magnetic water respectively increased about 14.0%、9.0% and 7.3% than ordinary concrete.The splitting tensile strength of concrete in 3d,7d and 14 d respectively increased about 10.3%、7.2% and 4.5%,and the concrete tensile strength of 28 d was slightly higher than that of the ordinary concrete.The strength of the concrete treated by magnetic water was increased by different amplitude,the effect of magnetized water on compressive strength of fiber reinforced steel slag powder concrete was greater.The test results of compressive strength of concrete,splitting tensile strength of concrete and flexural strength of concrete showed that the anti-pressure failure process of the specimen was slow when loading failure test of basalt fiber reinforced steel slag powder concrete with magnetic water was conducted,no obvious damage was found on the surface of the test piece,and there was a slight crack in the corner of the specimen at the time of tensile failure,but the integrity was good.During the whole loading process,the failure of the test piece was slow and when the load reached the limit value,the surface rupture of the specimen was significantly improved compared with steel slag powder concrete specimen.
