In this paper,1-Ally 1-3-methylimidazolium chloride([Amim]Cl)ionic liquid and Sugarcane baggage cellulose were adopted to prepare the regenerated cellulose microspheres by reversed phase suspension polymerization technique. The preparation precedures of cellulose microspheres were optimized, and microcrystalline cellulose were adopted to prepare microcrystalline cellulose microspheres under the optimum conditions. The physicochemical properties of cellulose microspheres were studied, and a comparative study of cellulose microspheres and microcrystalline cellulose microspheres was carried out.At last, the ionic liquid were recovered and recycled.First, cellulose were extracted from the Sugarcane bagasse by acid-alkali method, allyl chloride and N-methylimidazolium were adopted to prepare the[Amim]Cl ionic liquid.Suger bagasse cellulose and ionic liquid were investi-gated,the component concentration of suger bagasse cellulose were analysed by Chinese standard, the structure of[Amim]Cl ionic liquid were investigated by means of and FTIR,and the dissolving of cellulose in[Amim]Cl ionic liquid were studied.Second,cellulose/[Amim]Cl solution were adopted to prepare the cellulose microspheres by reversed phase suspension polymerization technique. The preparing conditions of the cellulose microspheres by the reversed phase suspension polymerization technique were optimized by the orthogonal and signal factor experiments. The optimum operating conditions included 4.0%of the mass content of the cellulose, dissolution temperature was 80?,liquid paraffin as continuous phase,cellulose/[Amim]Cl solution as dispersed phase,Span80 as emulsifier, distilled water as curing agent, the volume of continuous phase is 200mL,and the volume of dispersed phase is 50mL,the volume of emulsifier is 5mL,the volume of curing agent is 100mL,and 650 r ·min-1 of the agitation speed, the system temperature was 80°C.67.8%of the amount of the cellulose microspheres with particle size ranging from 40?m to 200?m could be obtained under the above optimum conditions, and the average diameter of the prepared cellulose microsphere was 82.7?m.In order to reduce the prepetation cost and in terms of the clean production, the ionic liquid were recovered by rotary steaming, and the recovered ionic liquid were recycled. And the recovered ionic liquid were characterized and analyzed by means of 1HNMR and FTIR,the results showed that there was no impurity in the recovered ionic liquid, and the recovered ionic liquid were adopted to prepare the regenerated cellulose microspheres, and the product properties were the same as the product by the fresh ionic liquid. In the end,the physical properties of the prepared cellulose microspheres were studied by a series of measurgin methods such as optical microscope,GPC,FTIR,XRD,TGA and so on.The results showed that the cellulose microspheres were ivory particles, and the microsphere has round appearance, the polymerization degree of cellulose changed from 1754 to 138,the crystalline form transformed from cellulose I to cellulose II,the degree of crystallization changed from 54.58%to 35.31%after regenerated from[Amim]Cl ionic liquid. And the cellulose microspheres have excellent chemical resistance and thermal stability.
