The manufacturing level of a country is completely determined by the number of high speed,high precision and high quality machine tools.The accuracy of the spindle system is the main factor that affects the quality of machine tool and machining quality,the efficiency of work piece are affected in the process of machining parts.Therefore,tests to the radial rotation error of the spindle have been an important issue for a lot of scholars.LabVIEW is a graphical programming language and development environment,known as the language of the engineer,with the help of LabVIEW control design and simulation toolkit,the spindle rotary error measurement and simulation system can be quickly established,and put on the computer to verify the algorithm deployed to the controller,and entire development process is clear,friendly interface and can greatly shorten the development time.Now the main axis of the rotary error testing of the collection system requires fast speed running,very good extension performance,large storage capacity,more characteristics of software function.Embedded system holds the advantages of fast speed calculation,fast speed sensor response,stability performance and so on.Although the embedded system is widely used in engineering practice,it is rarely used in the measurement of spindle radial rotation error.In this paper,the mathematical statistics method error separation technique was studied,in order to ensure the stability of the algorithm with certainty,the simulation of the spindle rotary motion data model was established based on the composition of the signal characteristics.A set of spindle rotation error separation dynamic simulation software was developed and the feasibility of the mathematical statistics in error separation was verified based on Lab VIEW.Based on the theory of mathematical statistics and error separation technology,a set of software was written in platform of LabVIEW 12.0,and combined the embedded system Compact RIO with NI 9205 data acquisition card and two electric eddy current displacement sensor—the combination of software and hardware,a set of spindle rotation error measurement system was built.This system can realize data acquisition,data processing and data display.In experiments,the actual measurement for the AC200/4P motorized spindle of the College of Mechanical Engineering of Shenyang Jianzhu University was carried out by using the self built spindle rotary error measuring system.The accuracy of the error separation technique and the reliability of the measurement system were verified by the measurement results,and technical support was provided for the dynamic measurement of the spindle rotary error.
