Cement-based non-shrink grouting material is a cement-based cementitious material for the substrate,plus aggregate(or without aggregates),admixtures,mineral admixtures and other raw materials,The industrial production of a reasonable proportion of the dry mix.It is widely used in repairing,dry shrinkage compensation,high strength grouting and so on.The traditional grouting material mainly studies its workability and so on,and rarely studies its thermal insulation properties,such as high fluidity,high early strength and micro-expansion.Therefore,the purpose of this study is to ensure the basic performance of cement-based grouting material to improve its insulation,and its preparation process to explore,so that the cement-based grouting material to meet the diverse needs of the market to expand the scope of application,more Well used in the construction field.Through the study of changing the amount of fast-hard cement,water-reducing agent and expansion agent and changing the mixing ratio of sand,the cement-based grouting material base ratio is determined.Secondly,on this basis,And the rubber particles with different particle size are used to improve the thermal insulation properties of the cement-based grouting material.Finally,the uniform dispersion probability model is proposed and compared with the traditional four kinds of cement-based grouting materials with rubber particles as an example.The conclusions are as follows:By changing the amount of fast hard cement,water reducing agent and expansion agent and changing the mixing ratio of sand,to determine the GB/T50448-2008 in the three types of grouting material performance standards related to cement-based grouting material base ratio.The results show that the fluidity of the grouting material decreases,the compressive and compressive strength increases,the setting time becomes shorter,and the content of the grouting material is better when the sulphoaluminate cement is mixed.After the change in fluidity,the flexural and compressive strength of microstructures increased slightly.The ratio of 1:1 was better than that of grouting material.After the incorporation of the water reducing agent,the fluidity increases,which affects the growth of the flexural compressive strength,the setting time becomes larger and then decreases,and the content of the grouting material is better when the content is 0.8%.After adding the expansive agent,30min flow retention value decreased,the flexural compressive strength increased,the vertical expansion rate increased,there is no bleeding situation,the content of 5.0%when the grouting material of the performance is better.By changing the amount of air-entraining agent and changing the different particle size of rubber particles,we can improve the thermal insulation property under the premise of ensuring that the cement-based grouting material meets the standard.The results show that the fluidity of the grouting material becomes larger and the compressive compressive strength is lost,the vertical expansion rate becomes larger,the thermal conductivity increases first and then decreases,and the bleeding rate increases with the increase of the content And the thermal stability is better.When the rubber powder is mixed with the powder,the fluidity changes greatly and the flexural compressive strength is lost.The thermal conductivity increases with the smaller particle size,No bleeding situation,the three kinds of rubber powder particles mixed with the grouting material of the better performance and better insulation.By calculating the uniform dispersion probability model and the thermal conductivity of four kinds of traditional models,compared with the measured values,it is proved that the proposed model has higher accuracy.The results show that the error of the thermal conductivity and the measured value calculated by the series model,the parallel model,the Maxwell model and the Maxwell model are larger than those of the traditional model.The accuracy of the uniform dispersion probability model is higher than that of the conventional model 8%between.
