Our country has a vast coastline,there are many offshore buildings involed,and the sea water corrosion makes concrete life reduced greatly,In order to isolate the chloride ion,Sulfate ions and acid gas that corrode and damage the reinforced concrete,we can coate the marine engineering concrete surface with protective coating.But,the service life of Marine engineering concrete is still not satisfactory.Cement-based permeable crystalline waterproof material is a mixture of inorganic chemicals and organic chemicals,it is mainly composed of cement,silica sand and all kinds of active masterbatch.It not only can improve the permeability resistance of concrete,but also can improve the concrete frost resistance,corrosion resistance,and it contains the ability of crack repair,good resistance to carbonation.In order to further enhance the service life of the Marine engineering concrete,in this experiment we study that,when the water pass through the waterproof coating,how to improve the corrosion resistance of concrete itself.Therefore,this study developed a spontaneous internal mixing type permeable crystallization type waterproof agent,it is combined with fly ash,air-entraining agent to improve the quality of construction waterproof.In this paper,we study in the permeability of concrete mixed infiltration crystalline waterproof material.On the basis of the analysis of the mechanism of cement-based infiltration crystalline waterproof material combined with the relevant national standards,the preparation of the cement-based infiltration crystalline waterproof material,using the method of orthogonal experimental study on the optimized ratio,and by using the SME,methods such as XRD,the structure of concrete was analyzed under different test conditions,to explore the mechanism of cement-based infiltration crystalline waterproof material.At the same time,we use the method of quick frozen test to study the influence of internal mixing waterproof concrete permeability by air-entraining agent dosage of fly ash content and so on,and optimize the mix of internal mixing type waterproof material,and test the antifreeze performance of concrete under different conditions,especially under the condition of sea water frost resistance.Studies have shown that mixed infiltration crystalline waterproof concrete in the strength of 28 d is up to 123.06%of the benchmark test block,is for 275%of the benchmark test block;It has a compact structure,and the structure of hydrated calcium silicate increased obviously,its permeability resistance improved clearly.Waterproof material in the active component A and C had the greatest influence for penetration resistance of concrete;After the experiment of getting antifreeze,waterproof material which optimizated with orthogonal design,combined with different dosage of fly ash,antifreeze performance is decreased with the fly ash content;Combined with air-entraining agent,antifreeze performance decreases with the increase of air-entraining agent.
