| Firework is inflammable and explosive hazardous materials.There are great security risks especially in transportation.Fireworks transport accidents still occurred frequently.Once the accident occurs,it will be uncontrollable,and often spread to surrounding innocent people,ecological environment,to further improve the dangers of accidents.Thus,we must guard against it in advance by using a certain risk control measures or monitoring every possible risk factor to make the risk rate minimize.In this thesis launches the research from three level,they are respectively the fireworks road transport risk evaluation,risk intelligent control design,choice of transport routes.First of all,In this thesis carries on the identification and the appraisal to the fireworks road transportation risk factor,outlined the characteristics of fireworks,transport characteristics,transport problems,and transportation accident,examining risk factors may cause transportation accident.The road transport risk factors were estimated by building a fireworks transportation risk evaluation index system.Using analytic hierarchy process to determine weights of the factors,among them,mainly chemical properties change environment,traffic condition,vehicle safety equipment,drivers,transport routes and other state real time monitoring control.Then,setting up fireworks transportation risk intelligent control system,using intelligent control technology to carrying on risk control,and real-time tracking and monitoring transport vehicles,drivers,transport routes and the status of dangerous goods,reducing or eliminating risk factors,rapid implementation of emergency rescue after the risk occurs,to make the road transport of dangerous goods risk down to minimize,so as to achieve the goal of risk management.Finally,fireworks transportation route optimization is designed under risk intelligent control algorithm,using the improved ant colony algorithm to determine the optimal distribution combination,basing on the intelligent control system make it has the functions of date acquisition and analysis,using BP neural network algorithm to determine transportation risk in transportation network section.Two optimization goals of transportation distribution route combination and transportation route safety are comprehensively considered to find out the routes that ensure the fireworks transport vehicle safety and efficient transport of distribution task.The result shows that fireworks transportation route optimization design method is feasible by the case simulation calculation,it can provide transportation planning and practical guidance for dangerous goods transport enterprise. |
