Under the trend of development of green chemistry, design and synthesis of high-performance fluorescent probes that can be recycled have become a promising direction in the field of fluorescence probe. In this paper,a highly sensitive and selective small-molecule fluorescent probes containing unsaturated double bonds were designed and synthesized, and their complexation mechanism with target ions was studied. Then, the small molecule fluorescent probes were copolymerized with acrylamide to prepare polymer hydrogel fluorescent probes having high transparency and high hydrophilicity. The metal ions were detected by using the polymer hydrogel fluorescent probes and the regeneration of the fluorescent probes were realized by using metal ion complexing agent. And then the performance of the polymer hydrogel fluorescent probes during regeneration and recycling were investigated. The main research contents and conclusions are listed as follows:?1?The N-?Rhodamine-6G?lactam-N'-acryloyloxy hydrazine was designed and synthesized with rhodamine 6G and hydrazine hydrate as raw materials. Its structure was characterized by IR and 1H NMR.UV-Vis absorption spectra and fluorescence absorption spectra were studied for their fluorescence properties and the ability to detect metal ions. Then it was copolymerized with acrylamide to prepare polymer hydrogel fluorescent probe. The detection performance and regeneration of hydrogel fluorescence probe for metal ions were investigated.?2?The N-?Rhodamine-6G?lactam-N'-acryloyloxy hydroxyethyl hydrazine was designed and synthesized with rhodamine 6G and hydroxyethyl hydrazine. The detection performance and regeneration of hydrogel fluorescence probe for metal ions were investigated.?3?In addition, the resin P?HEMA-GDMA?was prepared using hydroxyethyl methacrylate?HEMA?as a reaction monomer and glycerol triacrylate?GDMA?as a cross-linking agent. The resin P?HEMA-EGDMA?was prepared by using hydroxyethyl methacrylate?HEMA?as the reaction monomer and dimethyl methacrylate?EGDMA?as a cross-linking agent. The above two resins modified with?3-mercaptopropyl?trimethoxysilane?MPS?to obtain two porous chelating resins P?HEMA-GDMA?-SH and P?HEMA-EGDMA?-SH.The structures of the two modified porous chelating resins were characterized by IR,1H NMR,Spectroscopy electron microscopy,X-ray diffraction and elemental analysis, etc.the adsorption properties of the two porous chelating resins on Pb2+were investigated. The innovation of this this paper:1.Two small-molecule fluorescent probes with novel structures were designed and synthesized. The fluorescence properties of the synthesized compounds were studied and the results showed that the compounds have good fluorescence properties and have potential to be used as metal ion fluorescent probes.2.Two hydrogel fluorescent probes were prepared by copolymerization of the small molecular fluorescent probes with acrylamide and the fluorophore regeneration and recycling of the hydrogel fluorescent probes were realized by the metal ion complexing agent.3.Two new porous resins were synthesized and modified by MPS to obtain two porous chelating resins. The adsorption performance of the two porous chelating resins for Pb2+were studied.
