Background:As for breast cancer,it has became the most malignant tumor in the female population in developing countries,whose death rates have overtaken cervical cancer,so it's treatment is very urgent.Nowadays,the treatments of breast cancer are mainly surgical treatment or radiotherapy plus adjuvant chemotherapy,while the traditional adjuvant chemotherapy drugs have the problems of poor targeting.Therefore,it is a good breakthrough for solving that problem that choosing functional nanodrugs.Fluorecent carbon quantum dot(carbon dots)is a good nano-carrier,has small size,good biocompatibility and photoluminescence,etc,and it also is a good drug carrier.Comparing with normal cells,tumor cells need more glucoses to maintain growth.Therefore,choosing glucose to modify on the CD particles,thus promotes the intake of nano-drug in tumor cells.Objective:To provide a reference for clinical treatment of breast cancer,we synthesize glucose targeting carboplatin and verifying its anti-breast cancer effect.Methods:(1)The carbon dot was synthesized by microwave method,and the nano-cisplatin was further modified as glucose targeting.(2)Physicochemical characterization and biological cytological characterization of nano-drugs;(3)The anti-tumor effect of nano-drugs was verified both in vitro and vivo.Results:(1)After physical and chemical characterization,nano-cisplatin was successfully prepared.(2)By biological cytological characterization,nano-cisplatin with glucose targeting has low toxicity and tumor selectivity.(3)The nano-drugs have good anti-tumor effect through in vitro:nano-drugs could be preferentially took up tumor cells and damage that tumor cells.(4)The nano-drugs have good anti-tumor effect through in vivo:nanodrugs could mainly distribute in tumors,further damage tumor cells.Conclusion:As the targeting drug delivery system,the glucose-targeted nanoparticles have a good anti-breast effect in vivo and in vitro and decrease the poisonous side effects.
