ZnO is an important semiconductor functional material.Due to its own special properties,ZnO is usually used in semiconductor sensors,photocatalytic materials,solar cells and chemical catalysis.ZnO shows good chemical stability and physical stability,so the gas sensors made from ZnO can work in different environments,exhbiting good stability,fast response and high sensitivity.However,as a gas sensitive material,the gas sensing property of ZnO is affected by the effect of on the morphology,so the preparation of high performance ZnO gas sensing material has attracted great interests.In this paper,the synthesis method of mesoporous Zinc Oxide nanomaterials is discussed.The change of the morphology of mesoporous Zinc Oxide has a great influence on its gas sensitivity.Usually,the hard template used by impregnation is generally SiO2 mesoporous material,but SiO2 mesoporous template is usually not completely removed so that it has great influence on the sensitivity of the gas.Herein,in this paper,mesoporous carbon is used as a hard template to remove templates through high temperature calcination,so that the template can be removed quickly and conveniently,and the gas sensitivity of mesoporous Zinc Oxide then can be enhanced.The main contents of this article are as follows:1.When disordered mesoporous carbon is used as template,mesoporous ZnO was synthesized through nanocasting.The mesoporous ZnO is served as sensitive material sensor.Furthermore,gas sensitive tests are performed to explore the gas sensing properties of NO2.2.As mesoporous carbon CMK-3 is adopted as template,two target products ZnO-400-1 and ZnO-400-2 are successfully synthesized through the selection of two different precursor selection:a molten zinc nitrate and a zinc nitrate solution by nano casting method.The above-mentioned materials are used as gas sensor on the target gas nitrogen dioxide(NO2)test.Through further optimization of template and synthes is methods in(1),the mesoporous ZnO materials are more sensitive to NO2,and the effect of sensitive materials with pore structure on gas sensing properties are further explored.3.The mesoporous gold doped Zinc Oxide(Au@ZnO-550)is synthesized when three-dimensional cubic mesoporous carbon CMK-8 is served as a template.The mesoporous Au@ZnO-550 is used as a sensitive material,the ethanol sensing tests were performed to analyze the influence of gold doping on the mesoporous structure.In this study,the preparation of some typical mesoporous semiconductor oxide gas sensing materials is achieved,providing a new way for the construction of high-performance gas sensors.
