Study On Influencing Factors And Countermeasures Of Household Refuse Classification In Kunming

The implementation of waste classification can maximize waste reduction and contribute to the recycling of resources,which is also an outstanding performance of the implementation of sustainable development strategies.In 2000,China selected eight cities such as Beijing,Shanghai,and Guangzhou as pilot cities for garbage classification.Over the past decades,the classification of garbage has been implemented slowly,but the classification results have been unsatisfactory.Overall,scholars at home and abroad have a lot of research results on the classification of urban residents' garbage,but most of them are concentrated in cities such as Beijing,Shanghai,Hangzhou,Guangzhou,and Nanjing,concentrated in cities with more developed eastern and central economies.The study of western cities currently has relatively few existing documents,but the same problem also exists in western cities.In order to improve the status of waste classification work,in 2017,the General Office of the State Council issued the “Implementation Plan for the Classification System of Domestic Waste”and listed Kunming City in 46 key implementing cities.This study selects the residents of Kunming,the capital city of Yunnan,a large western city,as the research object,and conducts a descriptive study on intentions and behaviors of rubbish inhabitants of Kunming City,and introduces the microscopic,meso and macro-level factors into the future study,and this paper uses the planning behavior theory,multi-center governance theory and theoretical and practical problems to build a theoretical model,using AMOS23 and SPSS24 analysis tools to analyze the behavior and intention of urban residents' garbage classification behavior,and explore the intention of waste classification Intrinsic relationship with behavior.The results of the study show that the current value of rubbish classification in Kunming residents is much higher than that of rubbish,and demographic variables such as gender,age,political outlook,income,and occupation have differences in the intention and behavior of refuse classification.Among influencing factors,residents' attitudes,subjective norms,and perceptual behavior control have a positive effect on residents' garbage classification.The intention and behavior of garbage classification are not direct causality.Residents' attitudes,subjective norms,and perceptual behavior are controlled.There is an intermediary role between:the higher the level of social trust in social capital,the greater the number of organizations participating in the horizontal line,and the compliance with the collective norms in the organization,have positive positive effects on waste classification;the level of understanding of government policies and policies The system of propaganda and laws and regulations also promotes the classification of waste,and the informal recycling market has no significant effect.According to the research results,this paper proposes relevant policy recommendations through the improvement of relevant laws and government regulations,the cultivation of social capital,and the regulation of informal recycling markets.
