Study On The Influencing Factors Of Classification Willingness And Behavior Consistency Of Rural Residents' Domestic Waste Of In Jilin Province

In the context of entering a new era of socialist construction,building a beautiful and livable countryside has become an important task of Rural Revitalization Strategy.Based on the fact that the proportion of rural population in Jilin Province is high,Jilin province takes the initiative to link up with the national strategy of rural revitalization,and formulates the strategic plan of Rural Revitalization in Jilin Province,so as to improve the rural living environment and build an ecological and livable home.The classification of rural residents' domestic waste is the key to improve the rural living environment and the basis of building an ecological and livable home.To promote the classification of rural residents' domestic waste can not be separated from the participation and support of rural residents,but also needs to actively guide the classification behavior of rural residents.The study on the influencing factors of classification willingness and behavior consistency of rural residents' domestic waste in Jilin Province can provide guarantee for the improvement of rural domestic waste treatment ability of all levels of government in Jilin Province,which has practical guiding significance for reducing domestic waste pollution in rural areas,promoting the continuous improvement of rural living environment and realizing the revitalization of rural areas.Based on the theory of planned behavior and the theory of attitude scenario behavior,this paper makes an investigation and Analysis on the classification of rural residents' domestic waste in five representative beautiful villages in different cities(prefectures)of Jilin Province.390 questionnaires were sent out and 384 effective questionnaires were recovered,with an effective recovery rate of 98.46%.According to the statistical analysis of the survey results,34.38% of the rural residents who participated in the survey had the willingness to classify domestic waste,but there was no classification behavior,and there was inconsistency between the willingness to classify and the behavior.In view of this situation,this paper takes the consistency of classification intention and behavior of rural residents in Jilin Province as the dependent variable,and selects 17 indicators as independent variables from four dimensions of behavior attitude,subjective norms,perceived behavior control and individual characteristic factors,and uses binary logistic regression model and discriminant analysis to conduct regression analysis and discriminant analysis.The analysis results show that:(1)The significant influencing factors of the classification willingness and behavior consistency of domestic waste of rural residents in Jilin province include: whether the rural residents think that whether the domestic waste constitutes a burden has a significant negative impact on the classification willingness and behavior consistency;the classification situation of domestic waste of relatives and friends,whether the classification standards and requirements of domestic waste are understood,the type and quantity of domestic waste recycling facilities,and Whether there are cleaners,whether they are party members or village cadres,and the average annual income level of families have a significant positive impact on the consistency of garbage classification willingness and behavior.(2)Among the significant influencing factors of classification willingness and behavior consistency of rural residents in Jilin Province,whether it is a party member or a village cadre has no distinguishing function for the consistency of the classification willingness and behavior of rural residents.The other significant factors can distinguish the consistency of the classification willingness and behavior of rural residents.Among the variable factors with discriminative function,whether to understand the standards and requirements of domestic waste classification has the greatest influence on the consistency of willingness and behavior of rural residents in Jilin Province;Whether to arrange cleaners,average annual income,whether the classification of domestic waste will bring burden,the number of types of waste recycling facilities are in the middle level;the classification of relatives and friends has a relatively low impact,which provides data support for the formulation of rural domestic waste treatment plan in Jilin Province.
