Catalytic wet air oxidation process requires high temperature and high pressure which lead to high installation costs.In order to solve this problem,the catalyst was prepared and modified,which has ability to treat highly concentration phenol simulant wastewater under low temperature and low pressure.A series of hydrotalcites-like compounds were prepared by co-precipitation method and characterized by X-ray powder diffraction?XRD?,transmission electron microscopy?TEM?and other modern testing techniques.The compositions of the catalysts were analyzed;reaction conditions including temperature,oxygen pressure,reaction time and initial pH,as well as life test were investigated.Results showedthatwhenusingacatalysthavingmetalmoleratioof Cu:Zn:Fe:Al=1:2:0.3:0.7 to treat the phenol wastewater?COD concentration of20000 mg/L?under the conditions of a reaction temperature of 150?,the amount of catalyst addition was 0.25 g/L,a reaction time of 2h,a pressure of 3MPa and the initial pH of 7,The results of four repeated experiments under the optimized conditions showed that the COD removal rate reached more than 90%,which indicated that the catalyst possessed good catalytic oxidation performance and structure stability.In this paper,hydrotalcite loaded on different supports.Characterized by X-ray powder diffraction?XRD?and other modern testing techniques.The reaction still has a high removal rate for COD of phenol simulated wastewater.When hydrotalcite loaded on?-Al2O3,the dissolution of Cu2+ions decreased by 37.5%,the dissolution of Zn2+ions was reduced by 95.5%,and the dissolution of Fe3+ions was reduced by84.5%,indicating that the carrier has a very good inhibitory effect on the dissolution of hydrotalcite-like compounds.In this paper,complex oxides has been prepared using hydrotalcite-like compounds as precursor.The results showed that the COD removal rate of the catalyst was optimal at 700?.The active decreased by about 4%compared with the hydrotalcite,the dissolution of Cu2+ions increased by 19%,the dissolution of Zn2+ions was reduced by 92.3%,and the Fe3+solution unchanged.The results showed that the catalyst had a good inhibitory effect on Zn2+dissolution.Adding 1%Ce to complex oxides can increase catalyst activity,the dissolution of Cu2+ions decreased by32.8%,the dissolution of Zn2+ions was increased by five times,and the dissolution of Fe3+ions was reduced by 75.8%,indicating that Ce has a very good inhibitory effect on the dissolution of Cu2+ions and Fe3+ions.
