Special ceramics hydraulic press is a complex device,which combines mechanics,electrical,hydraulic,computer and other knowledge in orie,the displacement and pressure are the important indexes of the whole control system.Both precison can affect the performance of special ceramics,therefore,this paper takes ZGLRY-160-22 special ceramic hydraulic press of Jinzhou Huaxin Power Electronics Co.,Ltd as the research object,studies the ejection control system the pressure control system and the displacement control system of the moving beam,designing the controller and realize the purpose to whole control system of high precision control.First of all,the characteristics of special ceramics are introduced.The process of producing special ceramics are introduced.The relationship between temperature,pressure and density,the relationship between temperature and pressure were studied,explaining the importance of the two parameters.In order to produce high-quality special ceramics,according to the special characteristics of the special ceramic hydraulic press,select components and design hydraulic control system,mathematical models are established for displacement,pressure and ejection system,analyzing their time domain and frequency domain,determining whether the system is stable.Because of the stability control system,designing the controller,add the PID controller and fuzzy PID controller,two control methods are added to three control systems using Simulink and AMESim software.The results show that the fuzzy PID control method has higher precision,quicker response and smaller error,getting the optimal control ways.Finally,the simulation results are verified by experiments.Experimental results show:the experimental time and error datas of the displacement control system is slightly larger than simulated datas.Pressure control system has different results between different tonnages,but the gap is small.Ejection control system is slightly larger than the simulation data under no load and load.Simulation results can be seen:due to complex site environment,perfect simulation environment,result in experimental error,but within the allowable range.Therefore,it can be proved fuzzy PID control method is superior,high stability and small error,which satisfies the control performance and high precision of the special ceramic hydraulic press,which proves the design of the fuzzy PID controller is reasonable.
