Study On The Construction Of Green Small Towns In China From The Perspective Of Ecological Civilization

China has entered a decisive stage of building a well-off society in an all-round way,and is in an important period of economic transformation and upgrading and accelerating the promotion of socialist modernization.Since the eighteen Party of the party,new features of the new urbanization are constantly emerging,and the construction and development of small green towns and towns are developing rapidly,and the appearance of small towns is changing with each passing day.The development of small towns in China,the achievement is the inevitable result of the development of socialist Chinese characteristics of the new era,but in the small town construction and development planning,there are a lot of problems,such as small towns in the economic downturn,the difficulty of development,infrastructure facilities,public service is not perfect,using energy resources rough and ecological environmental governance backward,so we need to reflect on the construction of small towns,and to explore the effective promotion of the sustainable development of small town road,green small town emerged in this context.What is the relationship between small towns and green small towns?What are the paths to achieve green towns?These are the questions that this article is trying to explore and answer.Based on the theory of ecological civilization,this paper studies the construction of small green towns in China,and puts forward that the construction of small green towns can not be separated from the ecological civilization.On the basis of the exploration of sustainable development,people put forward the idea of ecological civilization,which is the continuous sublimation and development of our concept of sustainable development.The concept of ecological civilization is different from our past development concept.It negates extensive resource consumption and severely destroys the development mode of ecological environment,and requires the coordinated development of man and nature.On the one hand,the requirements of ecological civilization reflect on the current path of development of small towns China,and the concept of ecological civilization to promote the construction and development of green small town;on the other hand,from developed and developing countries abroad,the construction of small towns in the Chinese historical experience,the development of small towns is relatively backward,we can foresee in the next period time China small towns will also continue to promote.Therefore,it is particularly necessary to discuss the problem of the construction of green small towns in the view of ecological civilization.First,it introduces the background,significance,research methods and innovation points of the topic,and summarizes the research status at home and abroad.Secondly,the theory of green small towns in China is expounded.The basic concept of ecological civilization and its new characteristics in the new stage,the basic concept of small towns,small towns and new urbanization characteristics were defined,and analyzes the relationship between green small towns and new towns,small towns,small towns and the role of green in the new type of urbanization position.Again,the theoretical basis of this study was clarified,and the significance of the construction of green small towns was analyzed.This research is based on the theory of Marx's ecological civilization and guided by the relevant theories of new urbanization,taking the evaluation standard of green small towns as the goal and direction,and clarifies the basic requirements and significance of the construction of green small towns in China.Then,the present situation of the construction of small towns in China is analyzed,and the existing gaps and problems are found in comparison with the evaluation standards of green small towns.From the aspects of economy,space,infrastructure and residents,this paper analyzes the present situation of the construction of small towns in China,and analyzes the experiences of small towns in foreign countries,so as to find inspiration for the construction of green small towns in China.Finally,on the basis of the theory of ecological civilization and the conclusion of the analysis of the present situation,some suggestions and Countermeasures for the construction of small green towns in China are put forward.From the four perspectives of economic development mode,spatial layout,infrastructure construction and development system reform,this study explores the way to build green small towns in China,and explores the future development path of green small towns.In order to promote the construction of green small towns to follow the pace of the times,to provide some theoretical exploration for the development of small green towns in China.
