Fly ash geopolymer concrete is a new type of green concrete,the utility model has the advantages of using industrial waste fly ash to prepare great amount of new concrete with high strength,good durability,excellent working performance,but with the traditional Portland cement concrete are similar,they are brittle materials,poor ductility,so this paper use the incorporation of steel the fiber to improve its ductility,improve the failure characteristics,and further using the layered arrangement method of steel fiber in the matrix by tension,to find the reasonable thickness,the ductility improvement at the same time,reduce the cost.Its main experimental work and important results are as follows:(1)In this paper,the ratio of water to binder,alkali activator,curing temperature and curing time as test variables,the ratio of water to glue is 0.4?the dosage of alkali activator is 10%?the test block was made by high temperature curing temperature of 60% and high curing time of 24h;(2)Through the basic mechanical properties test,it is found that the fiber reinforced fly ash geopolymer concrete is much better than the fly ash geopolymer concrete and ordinary concrete,and its compressive strength is increased by about 6%,splitting tensile increased by about 10%,the flexural strength has been increased by 40%,the bending toughness has been greatly improved;(3)Through the experimental study of the steel fiber layer thickness and the comparison of the experimental data,it is concluded that the ideal layer thickness is 40%,and the mechanical performance can reach 80% of the overall arrangement,the enhancement effect and the cost.
