In order to solve the problems of phosphorus slag concrete with high porosity,weak interface transition zone,low compressive strength,and low toughness,this paper uses phosphorus slag as fine aggregate,and the dosage is 0kg/m~3,3kg/m~3,6kg/m~3,9kg/m~3 plastic-steel fiber with length-to-diameter ratio of 38,50,69 to prepare plastic-steel fiber phosphorous slag concrete specimens to study the influence of plastic-steel fiber content and length-to-diameter ratio on the uniaxial compressive properties and bending toughness of plastic-steel fiber phosphorus slag concrete.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)Through uniaxial compression test of plastic steel fiber phosphorus slag concrete cube and prism specimens,the influence of plastic steel fiber content and aspect ratio on the phosphorus slag concrete compressive strength,uniaxial failure form,elastic modulus,peak deformation,The influence of the stress-strain curve and the axial compression toughness ratio.(2)Based on the characteristics of the stress-strain full curve of the plastic steel fiber phosphorous slag concrete,referring to the uniaxial compression constitutive model of concrete proposed by Guo Zhenhai,the plastic steel fiber phosphorous slag concrete with different content and different length-to-diameter ratio is dimensionless after The stress-strain curve is fitted.The results show that the increase in the length-to-diameter ratio of the plastic-steel fiber increases the ductility of the phosphorous slag concrete more significantly.(3)Quantitative analysis of the influence of fiber content and aspect ratio on the bending toughness of plastic steel fiber phosphorous slag concrete.The results show that the bending load-deflection curve appears second when the ratio of length to diameter is 50,the dosage is 6kg/m~3,9kg/m~3;the ratio of length to diameter is 69,and the dosage is 3kg/m~3,6kg/m~3,and 9kg/m~3.The second peak load,and the second peak load increases with the increase in dosage and aspect ratio.The addition of plastic steel fiber can greatly improve the flexural toughness and ductility of phosphor slag concrete,and the flexural strength of plastic steel fiber phosphor slag concrete,etc.Effective bending strength,bending toughness index,and bending toughness ratio increase with the increase of dosage and aspect ratio.
