MBR are widely adopted in ship domestic sewage because of its small size and good processing effect.But the membrane fouling and the high cost has been remained the cost of the ship sewage domestic treatment.The DMBR technology is a kind new technology which use cheap basement membrane materials(non-woven fabric)and utilizes the filter cake layer of the traditional membrane component to filter the pollution.It is significant to apply the dynamic membrane bioreactor to treat the ship domestic sewage and do research on its operation parameters and membrane fouling mechanisms.The precoated dynamic membrane which was prepared by the powder activated carbon precoated non-woven fabric was applied in the simulated ship sewage domestic treatment.The factors of the powder activated carbon precoated non-woven fabric,the start-up performance of DMBR,the optimal operation parameters and the dynamic membrane fouling were studied.1.The factors on the dynamic membrane effect of powder activated carbon precoating were conducted.The results showed that a non-woven fabric of 5?m pore size,the aeration of5L/min under the membrane and the dosage of 750mg/L prepaint concentration was the optimal operating condition.The DMBR shock load capacity was investigated after the start-up period and stable period of pollutant removal efficiency,and found that the pollutants have a certain ability to resist impact load.2.The influence of aeration intensities and intermittent aeration on pollutant removal efficiency was on inquiry in the long-term stable operation of DMBR.The consequences showed that aeration intensity of 0.4m~3/h and of the intermittent aeration 60min/30min pollutants removal effect was the best operational process.Under this condition of the optimal aeration intensity and the optimal intermittent aeration of DMBR on the pollutant removal efficiency was analyzed.3.The relationship between the increasing of activated sludge concentration and the membrane fouling rate showed that the rate of membrane fouling increased with the increasing activated sludge concentration.The Pearson coefficient was analyzed by SPSS software to look into the properties of activated sludge and the membrane fouling rate.It was found that the membrane fouling rate was positively correlated with EPS,SMP,protein,polysaccharide and SVI,and polysaccharide was the main cause of the membrane fouling.4.The effects of aeration intensity and intermittent aeration on membrane fouling rate was investigated.the results displayed that the membrane fouling rate firstly increases and then decreases with the increasing aeration intensity.at this stage,the protein was the main factors on membrane fouling.The membrane fouling rate increases with the increasing paused aeration time.at this stage,the polysaccharide was the main factor on membrane fouling.
