Terahertz technology has a good development prospect in non-destructive detection,biomedical,safety testing and so on,which has attracted intensive concerns.The pixels of terahertz time-domain spectroscopy imaging technology contain the complete information.Terahertz imaging can not only recognize the shape of the object to be detected,but also identify the components through the spectral information of each pixel.The following aspects of the capsule drugs were studied in this paper:(1)THz time-domain spectroscopy data of ofloxacin samples were obtained.Through the density functional simulation,the theoretical absorption peak of ofloxacin sample was analyzed,and the vibration source of THz band was identified.The theoretical absorption peak of ofloxacin sample was analyzed by density functional theory and the vibration source of THz wave was found.(2)After obtaining the spectral data of 15 kinds of samples,such as norfloxacin and ofloxacin,the different absorption of terahertz wave by the sample was analyzed.After that,a variety of samples were classified and modeled by support vector machines.Finally,the Grid search algorithm(GS),the Particle Swarm Optimization algorithm(PSO)and the Genetic algorithm(GA)are used to optimize the classification parameters,and the performance of the algorithms was compared.(3)An on-line detection system based on THz spectrum was developed,which realized the function of on-line detection of substances.After that,the THz Spectrum System has been set up to enable THz spectral online detection based on cloud networks.(4)By analyzing the principle of THz spectral imaging technology and different imaging methods,THz spectral imaging results of drug capsules under different filling conditions were detected and analyzed.The image was used to identify whether the capsule was empty.After that,several drugs were imaged and compared,which laid the foundation for identifying the authenticity and variety of the drug.Finally,the support vector machine based on PSO algorithm and GA algorithm is used to model the imaging data,and the classification detection function was realized,which provided a new idea for material detection.
