Sintering flue gas is a by-product of the steel industry.It emits huge amounts of pollutants and pollutes the environment as well as damage the human health.Active semi-coke is a good catalyst and catalyst carrier due to its low price,similar properties are activated carbon,and excellent desulfurization and denitrification capabilities.ZnO/semi-coke desulfurization and denitrification catalysts were prepared by hydrothermal activation and electrochemical precipitation,and the activity of desulfurization and denitrification was evaluated by using semi-coke catalyst.This method can achieve the optimization of desulfurization and denitrification process.The research results have great theoretical guidance to its industrialized production.In this paper,the optimal structure obtained ZnO by different methods and the best effect of loading conditions are as follows:hydrothermal method:hydrothermal temperature is 150℃,hydrothermal time is 12h,ZnAc:HMT molar ratio is 1.5:1;electrodeposition method:electrolytic time is 60min,the electrolysis temperature is 80℃,electrolytic voltage for 3V the content of Zn2+in0.015mol,HMT in 0.015mol.Through the fixed-bed reactor simulation in an atmosphere of the sintering flue gas,investigate the ZnO/semi-coke materials desulfurization and denitrification activity.The results show that the best experimental conditions of ZnO/semi-coke modified by hydrothermal method are as follows:the hydrothermal temperature is 150℃,the hydrothermal time is 12h and the ZnO loading is 0.0015mol.Under these circumstances,the breakthrough time of the prepared catalyst is 400min and the sulfur capacity is 9.79gSO2/100gC.The hydrothermally modified ZnO/The optimal experimental conditions for the denitration of the semi-coke catalyst are as follows:the hydrothermal temperature is150℃.Under these circumstances,the hydrothermal time is 12h,the ZnO loading is 0.0015mol,and the catalyst breakthrough time is 345min.
