Through the technical transformation of the casting machine,the production efficiency,product quality and production cost can be reduced.The transformation of the old caster has great technical and economic value and application potential,and is an important way to improve the level of continuous casting technology in China.The continuous casting tundish is an important component of the continuous casting machine.The flow field in the tundish has an important influence on the quality of the casting billet.The design of the middle bag is one of the ways to improve the quality of the casting billet.The hot physical properties and mechanical properties of the slab are important parameters for the process and equipment design and operation of the continuous casting machine.It is necessary to study the experiment.The roll column of the continuous casting machine,the control of the cooling and solidification temperature field and the straightening process directly affect the quality of the casting billet.The numerical calculation and prediction of the temperature field of the casting billet is the basis of the casting cooling control.The correct calculation of the straightening force is the basis of the roll system design,and the related research is the basis for the transformation of the continuous casting machine.Combined with the production needs,the design and transformation scheme of tundish for caster is proposed.Numerical simulation method is used to simulate the flow field of the tundish,and the design of the current regulator is optimized.Through the comparison and analysis of the simulation results of various dam weir combinations,the design scheme of the single dam in the middle bag is determined.The high temperature physical properties and mechanical properties of various die steels and structural steels were measured by experimental method.The finite element method is used to simulate the cooling and solidification process of the casting billet by the finite element method.The temperature field and the thickness of the blank shell are obtained by the finite element method.On this basis,the viscoplastic slab material constitutive model is used to straighten the slab.The strain distribution and straightening counterforce of the billet were obtained,which provided the foundation for the straightening section transformation.Figure 60;Table 26;Reference 38...
