Glass products have the characteristics of being a wide range of applications,green and beautiful,and their demand is constantly increasing.However,the current domestic bottle machine equipment does not meet the demand well.Therefore,this paper aims at The key technologies of the flow material system of the bottle-type bottle machine are studied to achieve high-efficiency production and high-precision control.This paper firstly analyzes the status quo of the existing bottle-making machine flow material system,points out the irrationality of the current glass material droplet acceleration through simple calculations,and then uses the leafless fan as the inspiration,and designs a droplet acceleration device based on the principle of jet flow.Without touching or changing the shape of the glass drop,the dropping speed of the glass drop is effectively improved.The ANSYS CFX module was used to analyze the streamline,velocity,and pressure of the accelerating device on the flow field,which solved the problems of insufficient acceleration area and backflow.The aerodynamic knowledge was used to calculate the droplet speed under the set conditions.Compared with the droplet velocity of the unaccelerated device,the effectiveness of the acceleration device was preliminarily verified.Machine vision technology is used to achieve real-time control of non-contact shape and quality of glass drop drops,which solves the problem of traditional glass drop control difficulties.The glass drop visual system was established,including image acquisition and image processing,and the droplet outline and calculation quality were obtained.The rationality of the droplet image processing algorithm was verified through preliminary experiments.Through multiple sets of experimental simulation,according to the CFX'spost-processing function to extract data,the relationship curve between the inlet air pressure or outlet angle,axis position,and flow velocity is drawn,and the three links can be intuitively seen and changed.Trends,and proposed a mechanical structure to adjust the outlet angle.Finally,an overview of the realization of a high-efficiency,high-purity bottle machine flow feeding system was made.
