From the view of production efficiency improvement, the existing problems of beer filling machine as the research object is analyzed deeply. Based on the analysis, a new filling machine with high efficient is proposed. Based on the design proposal, the transmission system, actuator and the fuselage structure of the machine are designed. Besides, key parts are analyzed by the finite element technique.Firstly, according to the technical parameter requirements of filling machine and the deficiencies of traditional filling machine as well as aseptic filling process, a new design proposal is put forward, and the overall structure of the new filling machine is presented. After technical analysis of the newly proposed machine, the main technical challenges to solve are concluded, which can provide the theoretical basis for its structural analysis and design.Secondly, by analyzing the key part of filling machine-the filling valve, an electronic valve is designed which can meet the requirements of high efficiency filling process and realize synchronous filling for two bottles at one time. The function process is described in detail, and the filling time consumed is precisely calculated to verify that the speed of revolution can meet the filling time. The factors affecting the filling is analyzed, and the possible malfunctions as well as the resolutions are presented.Thirdly, the transmission system of the filling machine is analyzed and designed. The execution mechanism for operation assistance is designed as well as the body height adjusting device and feeding system.Finally, the liquid storage tank of filling machine is designed. Then by using the finite element analysis software ABAQUS to perform statics analysis and modal analysis of annular storage tank, it is verified that the designed structure can meet the filling requirements of high efficiency filling machine.
