As a rapid developing apple production,the planting area of fruit trees is increasing,and diseases are also occurring,especially apple canker and leaf spot is more serious.However,in recent years,the problem of chemical pesticide pollution residues used to prevent and cure apple diseases has been gradually revealed.Therefore,it is very important that discover a biological pesticide to control disease.In this study,five plant-based pesticides were selected to investigate the control effects of these five plant-based pesticides on apple canker and leaf spot and the corresponding insecticides were screened out to make the relevant smear.The results are as follows:1.Evaluated of indoor toxicity and isolation of plant source pesticide.Inhibitory effect of eugenol phenol on the mycelial growth of apple canker pathogen was the best,the EC50 of eugenol phenol was 0.43?g/ml;the inhibitory effect of berberine on the mycelial growth of apple canker was the worst in the11.21?g/ml;In vitro branch protection tests show that the effect of ethylicin was the best,the area of disease scar was the smallest,and the area of disease scar was only14.74%of the control,Berberine has the lowest protective effect on the isolated branches and the largest branch disease scar area.Eugenol phenol had the best inhibitory effect on the mycelial growth of leaf spot,and the EC50 of Eugenol phenol was 1.18?g/ml,the inhibitory effect of berberine on the mycelial growth of apple canker was the worst,EC500 was 32.18?g/ml.2.Mechanism of plant-based pesticidesEffect of eugenol on the spore germination of apple canker and leaf spot of apple was the best,and the EC500 was 0.70?g/ml,1.53?g/ml,respectively.The effect of berberine on the germination of spore of apple canker and leaf spot was the worst,and EC500 was28.23?g/ml?49.91?g/ml.3.Optimization of preparation process of plant-based pesticidesWhen surfactants,preservatives and ultraviolet protectors were 12 alkyl sulfonic acid sodium 0.013g,potassium Sls 0.008g and Dextrin 0.084g,the antibacterial rate of eugenol was 97.06%,which was consistent with the antibacterial rate of pure drug-containing medicine.The hydroxyl methyl cellulose sodium was the best carrier.When surfactants,preservatives and ultraviolet protective agents are 12 alkyl sulfonic acid sodium 0.021g,citric acid three sodium 0.035g,ascorbic acid 0.035g,the antibacterial rate of celery is 85.43%,and the best carrier is hydroxyl methyl cellulose.
